If you don’t know how to log in to Firefly, the following instructions explain how:
1. Open an internet browser window and log in to your college email in the normal way.
(If you are logged in to any other google or gmail account, it will interfere with the login
process for Firefly)
2. Using the same internet browser window, Click on the following link to go to the science
area on Firefly: http://qmc.fireflycloud.net/science
3. You will see a log-in screen, as shown below:
4. Click the “Google Account” link, as shown by the red arrow above. DO NOT USE THE
USERNAME AND PASSWORD BOXES, seen on the left of the log-in window.
5. The first time you log-in to Firefly, you will see the following two screens:
Click the ‘Allow’ and then ‘Link Google Account’ buttons to get things set up
6. You can then enter your QMC
EMAIL username and password in
the relevant boxes to complete the
process.
7. After your 1st login, future visits
will take you straight to this sign-in
window when you click the 'Google
account' button.
