a) Additional lighting required for the front of the cottage at night as it is currently
not well lit. Suggest that some quotes are provided proposing some viable
options to do this.

A forum with a committee to be formed regarding the toxic smoke from Cruise
Ships. Cr Stamolis will be leading this forum and will give the committee
information regarding meeting dates and times.
The next meeting will be held on Monday 14 March 2016

The Committee seek answers to the
following questions RE 2 Wallace Street:
1. this development is jarring with respect
to adjacent buildings and not compatible
with the heritage values of the surrounding
buildings and streetscapes.
2. It will be visible from several aspects
including from the Adolphus/ Wallace sts
Housing Department and Clontarf Cottage
precincts.
3. This development will shade and
overshadow the Eastern end apartments
and gardens in the public housing precinct,
and housing and gardens to the Southwest
of this development, particularly in the
mornings.
