For all future semesters, any faculty that need media transcribed (closed-captioned) need to login to Echo360.org to
share their video with Disability Services.
If you have questions about Office 365, please contact the Support Center by email at

Share a Video

Click Library
Open the video you want share with Disability Services by left clicking on the video
Click on the Sharing tab
Click on Add Public Link
Click on the link to automatically copy it to your clipboard.

Start composing an email to Disability Services, then paste the link where you want it to appear in your email.
When the transcript is complete. It should be emailed to the faculty member for review and approval.
When the transcript is approved, the faculty member can add the transcript to the Files section in Canvas.
Then, in Echo360.org click the video you shared with Disability Services; select the slider to make the public link
not active.
Any media that needs to be closed-captioned MUST follow this process for future semesters.
