(New AKC rule effective 09/01/2011) NO REFUNDS No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. No entry fee will be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by the action of the Event Committee. No refunds are offered for amounts less than $10. For Bitches in Season: Upon receipt of a written notification to the Trial Secretary, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial, a refund will be made minus an $8.00 per day processing fee. . NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Exhibitors should be present prior to class and must report to the ring table upon arrival. Dogs must be at ringside when scheduled to be judged or risk disqualification. If you have a conflict with multiple ring entry times, notify the judges by telling the table stewards and wait for the judge’s response. Exhibitors must have their dogs use the identified EXERCISE AREA outside the trial facility and clean up should their dogs have accident inside the facility. NO RV overnight parking is available at Trial Site. See lodging site page for local campgrounds and phone numbers. It is recommended that you make reservations early. Exhibitors are reminded to bring their own chairs. A half hour lunch break may be taken by the judge. The AKC Regulations state: All dogs must be on leash or confined to crates, except when being exercised or judged. PINCH collars are prohibited on the trial site. Crates may be set-up in designated areas only, no exercise pens allowed due to limited crate space. No crates at ringside. Due to limited crating area only trialing dogs will be allowed to be crated in the facility. NOTICE 1.
