ECTN NOTIFICATION
Shippers and ship owners are informed that from now, it will not be possible to proceed to the ECTN
regularisation for importation as from 01/05/2015. As from now, ECTN issuance at Douala, discharging port is no
longer possible.
Operators are reminded that they should request ECTN for their shipment latest 02 days before
vessel arrival.
The non-compliance with above rules will lead to rejection of any regularisation request and
penalties.
