ENCORE! offers opportunities for children who have completed 1 st through 5th grades to attend a week long
day camp designed to provide exploratory learning experiences based upon individual interests. We hope to ignite and foster a
love of learning through challenging, creative, and interactive educational classes.





Each student will attend 4 classes daily
Classes last for 65 minutes (8:30 – 3:00)
Classes are designed for 7-10 students
Students will bring a sack lunch
Parents are welcome to attend a closing assembly on July 14th where ENCORE! students will share their learning, creations,
and excitement of their accomplishments

Total tuition is $155.00 for the week. All registration forms and payments must be submitted by May 19th.

Arts and Crafts
Minecraft Crafting: Create Minecraft themed projects relating to the popular video game.
Over the Top Crafting: Crafting beyond paper, glue, scissors, and crayons. Create projects
using wood, fabric, hammers, rocks, and much more.
Cray, Cray for Crayons: You’ll go crazy learning the many ways to use crayons. Come and learn
how crayons are not just for coloring anymore. Explore ways to create crayon candles and edible
crayons too.
Sew What: Seamstresses will learn how to construct a special piece of clothing and participate
in a fashion show.
Bead All About It!: Express your creativity as you choose from a wide assortment of fun beads
and strings to make necklaces, bracelets, keychains and more!
What in Yarn-Nation?: Come “spin” your way using yarn. You’ll be making finger scarves, pompoms, and several amazing art creations.
Sharpy Art: Ditch the paint and brushes! You will make different masterpieces using sharpies.
Exploration
American Girl Adventures: Walk through time and participate in a variety of activities, games,
and crafts with your favorite American Girl doll.
Pampered Palace: Learn how to give manicures, pedicures, facials, and everything you need to
take care of all your beauty needs.
Let Go My LEGO!: Use LEGOs to construct a variety of challenging projects by using
imagination and creativity. New Lego kits for girls!
Video Game Design: Design and play your own video games using the coding program Scratch!
Use your creativity to animate characters and build games with mazes, targets, and obstacles.
Spy School: Learn how to write and read scripted codes and use them in a top secret treasure
hunt mission.
Nature Nuts: Worms, bugs, birds, and all fun things in nature! Explore and discover the
mysteries of life through exciting indoor/outdoor hands-on activities, games, and “nature”
snacks.
Gross Me Out! Come and learn all about the gross stuff that goes on inside the human body.
Play games to test your fears!
Science Solutions: Bridge building and catapult challenges await you! Join our Science Solutions
team to work together to complete thrilling, heart-pounding, 40 minute science challenges.
Coding 4 Kids: Write computer code to create and solve problems and develop interactive
games and stories. Create mazes and art sequences!
Brainiac Maniac: Brain games, brain teasers, brain puzzles and more. Come use your brain power
to discover just how your amazing brain works. Can you train your brain?
Card Sharks: Learn some sneaky card tricks and amaze your friends and family. This class will
involve all things using playing cards.
Game Show Games: Test your skills by participating in popular TV game shows like Family Feud,
Minute to Win It, and Jeopardy. Use your skills and win the game! Maybe one day you can take
what you learn and appear on a real TV game show.
Cooking
(No food allergies, please)
Finger Lickin’ Good: Come hungry to this class. You will learn how to cook up some delicious
recipes and make your own cookbook. The best part is the eating!!
Crazy for Candy: Make mouthwatering candy treats by shaping, dipping, and molding. Create
and sample treats to make your own candy cookbook.
Icing on the Cake: Learn basic cake decorating techniques to design and decorate cupcakes.
Come and try to win at Cupcake Wars.
Snack Attack: Make and eat snacks! Learn how to creatively make healthy and picture-perfect
snacks that will impress your family and friends. You will leave the week with your own recipe
book full of snacks!
Performance
Abracadabra!: Learn how to amaze your family and friends with magic and illusions. (Class lead
by an actual magician)
So You Think You Can Dance?: Put on your dancing shoes to learn a dance routine while singing
karaoke.
Techno Music Studio: Make music using technology in a simulation recording studio experience.
Guitar: A “hands-on” learning experience! This beginning guitar class will be strumming with fun!!
Guitars will be provided for this class.
Piano Club: Got rhythm? Introduction to piano keyboarding skills. Concepts include rhythm and
music notation. Keyboards will be provided for this class.
Sports and Fitness
Just Soccer!: Come and get a kick out of soccer by practicing soccer skills through fun games
and exercises.
All-Star Sports Camp: Get out and enjoy a different sport each day. This class will include
ultimate Frisbee, tennis, basketball, and much, much more.
Favorite P.E. Games: Dodge ball, tag, parachute, and relays will be just part of this wonderful
week. Come join your friends in all your favorite games.
The Amazing Race: Can you beat out your components? Are you up to the challenge? This class
will test your mental and physical abilities to win the race.
