Protective Net Sleeving
Protective Sleeving provides a practical, efficient and cost-effective solution to the problems of surface damage to
components during manufacture, storage and transit. Available in a range of colour coded sizes, the mesh is flexible
enough to mould around irregularly-shaped items, protecting them from knocks and scratches. Unlike traditional
materials such as wax paper, it can be used again and again. Manufactured from low density polyethylene in a tubular
form in diameters ranging from 5mm to 300mm, Protective Sleeving is resistant to acids and solvents and is unaffected by
oils and greases, making it ideal for protecting machined parts in an engineering environment. Other applications include
bottle sleeving and protection of damage-prone items such as ceramics, glass, window furniture and furniture legs.

Presentation Shrink Film Machines
Our new range of Chamber Shrink Wrappers offers the very best in heat shrinking technology.
All models seal and shrink in one operation using centre-fold shrink films with very low energy
consumption and come with some of the most advanced features possible with electronic controls.
The film is kept open around the product loading tray. The operator then easily inserts the product
and moves it along with the film to the sealing position and brings down the hood to initiate the
sealing process. This is followed by the magnetic hood maintaining the sealing position. Hot air is
circulated inside the transparent chamber in the ‘hood down’ position for excellent sealing around
the edge of the package.
Polyolefin Shrink Film
High performance presentation shrink film which is fast
becoming more popular than PVC as it has less of an impact
on the environment, is stronger and more flexible as well as
withstanding lower temperatures in the freezer food industries.
Polyolefin is not as corrosive as PVC shrink film and does not
give off harmful gasses making it a much safer product to work
with. It also leaves less residue on sealing equipment reducing
machine cleaning and associated down-time.

Instapak Expanding Foam Cushions
Expanding Foam in pre-made cushions without the need for a machine!! These foam bags are supplied flat
and they expand to mould around the product to be packaged. To use, just apply pressure to the ‘press here’
panel on the foam bags and gently pat to activate the expanding foam. Place the expanding foam filled bag
in the shipping or cardboard box and nestle the product into the foam cushion. As the foam sets, it moulds
around the product providing an exact foam packaging fit. (other sizes available to order).
