PROPHECY CONCERNING
THE NEW MADRID FAULT ZONE AREA
Summer 2008
AUGUST 29, 2005 HURRICANE KATRINA DEVESTATION AT
THE OUTFALL OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER
AUGUST 1, 2007 I 35W MISSISSIPPI RIVER BRIDGE CROSSING IN
DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS, MN COLLAPSES
I believe the Lord spoke to me in the summer of 2008 to make note of the fact that these two
events happened, one at the base or end of the Mississippi River and the other - two years later
at the head waters of the Mississippi River. I believe He spoke to me then and said:
“I am about to cause a major event to happen near the mid point of the Mississippi River that
will be a major catastrophe for that region, but it will have impact on the whole nation. He
said that whereas the Katrina hurricane involved high winds and flooding, it showed the
inadequacies of man made structures to withstand the forces of My created “natural”
forces; and it showed the inability of man’s thinking to grasp the potential enormity of
devastation caused by those forces and to make adequate preparation for those
consequences.”
He said that “man created barriers to hold back the waters from
destroying the structures of man and to protect the lives of those in that part of the city. But
He said, “man’s design and ongoing maintenance efforts were limited in scope and
inadequate.” He said, “I appointed those skilled in administration and oversight of facilities
made for the protection of those under their jurisdiction and they chose not to implement
the prudent judgment I gave them, so the walls of protection failed and washed away those
that should have been made safe on higher ground. I tell you that when the people forsake
acknowledging Me, they forsake Wisdom and suffer the consequences.”
“The Bridge collapse at the head waters of that great river, demonstrated again, the
weakness of the designs and maintenance of man’s structures that facilitate the
transporting of people back and forth across that great river. I say that – though I did not
cause the collapse, it is a sign that this nation has forsaken the One who gave them power
to establish the beginning of a nation like no other.”
Then the Lord instructed me to search and determine the mid-point of the Mississippi River
between these two catastrophes, “because”, He said: “I am about to release such force on the
region about the middle of the Mississippi River that will cause major devastation to the
transportation of natural resources across the Mississippi River divide.’ He said: “Your nation
has had it’s beginning in Me, but you have written that fact out of your history books.” He said:
“Now you have pronounced Me dead – in an attempt to bring to an end My Influence on the
events of your nation and the controls that were placed to keeps the wild animals at bay. You
crossed over from bondage to freedom and later generations said I didn’t make the way for you.
The recent generations have decided to worship the creation rather than the One who created
them and thereby forfeited the Grace I would have extended. So many have chosen debauchery
that threatens to bring an end, so I gave you a sign of the pending consequences.
Your nation has said that you don’t want your people speaking of Me and My Glory openly in the
Market Places and in the seats of Government. You’ve tried to bring an end to the proclamation
and the implementation of My Word into your man made structures controlling the lives of My
people”. “Therefore, I have released these judgments on your nation and even some who’ve
said I was dead and others who said that I do not intervene in the affairs of man have now
spoken with their own lips and given testimony with these words: “That was an act of God”.
“Now hear Me,” says the Lord, “I have drawn attention to the end of the great river that has run
through your nation and reminded you of it’s beginning. Now I am about to strike at the heart
land of this nation that I created: My hand will move like a great Fire for I am about to consume
more of the works of man in which your nation has lifted up that I might draw you to Myself if
you will only return. Yes even precious treasures stored in the earth will be destroyed and fire
shall rage in that region out of the control of man to remind you that you are precious in My
Sight and I desire that you make Me your focus. You will hear even your president call for Me to
stop the onslaught of My Judgment Fire. And this will be a sign of the fire I’m releasing in My
people…. An unquenchable fire that will offend the luke-warmness of the religious and enrage
the openly rebellious. My people have called out for the kindling of revival fires, and I say this is
a sign for you of what I’m about to do. There are about to be released, at the time frame of this
event, assaults by the enemies against your nation. This is a call for the shepherds and the
intercessors to be found at your post engaged in doing what I’ve called you to do.”
So I researched to find the midpoint of the Mississippi River as the Lord instructed me. I used
my Street Atlas software and found that the Mississippi River is about 1,640 miles long
between these to disaster points. The half-way point (820 miles from either point) is located
approximately halfway between New Madrid and Cape Girardeau. I then discovered that these
two communities are located in the mid to northern region of the New Madrid Fault Zone.
The Lord didn’t show me when this event would occur.
