Ludwig Catering has a policy of “limited bookings”, meaning that, unlike many caterers, we limit the number of events we will cater in any
given day. This policy allows us to concentrate our efforts and resources on those specific events, providing on-time deliveries and set ups.

Corporate Breakfasts, Luncheons, and Snacks - General Information –
Placing Orders –
Orders should be placed 48 hours, or more, prior to service time.
Late orders may incur a service charge, depending on the cost incurred.
Never assume a faxed or e-mailed order is confirmed.
Only when a Ludwig Catering representative has contacted you, is your order confirmed.
A limited number of orders are accepted for any one day, allowing for quality food and service every time.
Unfortunately, this constraint also means there may be days that we cannot accommodate your order.
We will do all we can to get you the best quality food and service at a price you can afford.
Cancellations and Adjustments to Orders –
Cancellation of luncheon service with 48 hours notice will not be charged a fee.
Orders cancelled less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee ranging from 25 – 75% of the total charge,
depending on costs already incurred for the event.
Reduction in an order may incur a fee if adjustment comes less than 48 hours out.
Increases to orders will be accommodated as best as possible.
We will be as fair and flexible as possible and only make the charges when we have incurred expenses.
Quantities and Pricing –
All lunches listed with a per person price for average eaters. Prices are based on food service for 15 or
more guests. Smaller groups may be subject to a sir charge, up to fifty percent, to cover fixed costs associated
with the meal.
If you know your group is made up of heavy eaters, additional food should be ordered.
For groups of 60 or larger, discounts may apply.
Deliveries –
Delivery Fees will be added to all orders.
Fees will be discounted when multiple deliveries are made to the same facility in the same time frame.
Deliveries will be made as closely to your preferred time as possible.
