We walk happily down the busy streets, and the noise doesn’t bother us at all. There’s always something to do. After school, we usually go to famous Broadway musicals and concerts. We can also listen to some young performers on the streets. Yesterday, for example, we saw a musician playing the violin. He played the violin beautifully, and we couldn’t believe he was on the street but not in a big concert hall! We like our new apartment. It looks very nice. Also, the building is quiet, so we can hardly believe we’re in New York. Our neighbor is very friendly. She seemed shy at first, but now we’re good friends. EXERCISE 2.
