For January 2017 exams please
ensure that you have booked an

Bring evidence that confirms your
circumstances with you
•
Evidence will vary depending upon
your individual case, it could be a
Dyslexia Assessment report or a
letter from your doctor
appointment by 4th November 2016
After your assessment you will
be notified by email of any
specific provisions that have
been recommended for you by
Accessibility Services
When the exam timetable has been released the Exams
Office will email you with confirmation of your specific
provisions and to advise you of the location of each of your
exams.
For January exams the timetable is released at the end of
November
If you have had confirmation from Accessibility
Services about your specific exam provisions and
you have not received an email regarding your
exam rooms by 20th December:

Contact the exams office by email

If you contract an illness or sustain
an injury before or on the day of an
exam please contact your college
immediately!
They will be able to advise you
about Mitigation procedures or refer
you to Accessibility Services
