For the Wedding Reception of a Lifetime…
Menus : Choose from our specially selected menu choices, each of which has been
crafted using the finest of locally sourced ingredients. Based on our extensive experience
of catering for many special occasions, we do recommend a set menu for your special
day. However should you require we will of course offer a multi-choice option along with
vegetarian and any other specialist options required. We can also cater for any dietary
requirements. Wedding Tasters are available for all Special Couples to sample your choice
of Wedding Breakfast. This can be provided for £15.00 per person.
Accommodation: As part of your special day at the Beaches Hotel, we are delighted
to offer the happy couple a choice of our two Honeymoon Suites, on a complimentary bed
and breakfast basis.
Free Cake Stand and Knife : We are happy to make available a 18" round and
square cake stand and knife.
Table Décor: We will supply white table linen and napkins. Alternative coloured linen is
available at a surcharge.

PLEASE NOTE:
An Agreement Amongst Friends
Hotel Policy for Cancellations or Reduction in Numbers
Arguments between friends usually stem from a misunderstanding; therefore we find it
useful to have a form of contract in the unlikely event that a disagreement arises.
As far as cancellations and reductions in numbers are concerned, you will appreciate that
the hotel may lose substantial profits as a consequence. With your agreement, we would
suggest the situation is dealt with in the following way:
