NB: Your Fertiliser Plan should be sent to the Department with your 2013 Nitrates Derogation
Application form unless you have an approved REPS 4 plan in place OR had an approved 2010,
2011 or 2012 Nitrates Derogation Application.
The Fertiliser Plan must be available on your holding by 1^' March each year. You must revise the Fertiliser
Plan no later than seven days following any changes in agricultural practices.
You must keep the Fertiliser Accounts up to date. After the end of the current calendar year, the completed
Fertiliser Accounts must be submitted to:
Nitrates Section, Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Johnstown Castle Estate, Co.
Wexford
The Fertiliser Accounts, along with copies of all receipts, dockets and invoices, must be submitted by 31^'
March of the following year.
