(1) To assume responsibility for credit extended by the Sports Core
on the basis of this membership; (2) To comply with the rules and
procedures governing the operation of the Sports Core (see Title 12 of
the Village Code of Ordinances entitled, “Village Recreational Facilities”);
(3) To pay the Sports Core for all purchases made and credit obtained
by any person included on this membership; (4) To notify the Sports
Core promptly in writing of loss of membership card(s) or any changes
in address or telephone number. I understand that an interest fee of one
and five-tenths percent (1.5%) (18% annual rate) will be charged to my
balance if it is not paid within thirty (30) days of the statement date, and
that my membership privileges will be suspended by the Sports Core
or its agents if the charges are not paid within forty-five (45) days of the
statement date. I further understand that is my account is sixty (60)
days past due, my membership status will be terminated. Challenges to
charges must be made within forty-five (45) days of the statement date.
I hereby grant permission to the Village of Oak Brook to use photographs
of individuals listed on this application, without further consideration,
and hereby release the Village of Oak Brook and its trustees, officers,
employees and legal representatives and assigns from any and all
claims, actions and liability relating to its use of said photographs.
*A junior membership shall be entitled to charging privileges only if a
parent or legal guardian co-signs the application and agrees to comply
with the above conditions
Range Members must use the MEMBER’S ONLY section of the north
tee or see the range attendant if they wish to use the south tee. Range
Members must have their membership card displayed on their bags at all
times. TOKENS AND/OR RANGE CARDS WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED
TO RANGE MEMBERS. Transportation to the north tee will be provided
by our “Range Shuttle”. Range membership will be revoked immediately
upon the discovery of the distribution of member’s practice balls to a
non-member.

Unlimited Resident ($1,500.00) - Residents
of the Village of Oak Brook. Permits member to play
without payment of additional greens fees anytime the
course is open.
Limited Resident Senior (850.00) - An Oak
Brook resident 60 years or older. Senior members may
play without additional green fees anytime EXCEPT
before 2:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Limited Resident Junior ($700.00) – Any
resident of Oak Brook under the age of 21 may
play without additional green fees anytime EXCEPT
before 2:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Members under the age of 12 must be accompanied
by an adult.
Unlimited Corporate Resident ($1,650.00)
Full time employees whose primary employment is
within the Village of Oak Brook. Permits member
to play without additional green fees at anytime the
course is open.
Unlimited Non-Resident ($2,000.00) - Permits
member to play without additional green fees anytime
the course is open.
NEW! Limited Non- Resident ($1,500.00) Any non-resident individual, may play up to 3 golf
rounds per week, including weekends. Additional
rounds will be charged at resident pricing.
Limited Non-Resident Senior ($1,250.00) –
Any non-resident 60 years or older, Senior members
may play without additional green fees anytime
EXCEPT Fridays after 12:00pm, Saturdays and
Sundays before 2:00pm
Limited Non-Resident Junior ($875.00) – Any
non-resident under the age of 21, may play without
