Optional Conference Times: If you would like to have another conference with me you can sign up on our bulletin
board at least one day in advance to discuss your child’s progress this school year. Times will be available after class
and on Friday afternoons.
Walk for Virtues: Friday, May 13th is the Catholic Elementary Schools fundraiser. Money is raised through student
sponsors who pledge them to walk. We are part of the Catholic School and if you wish you can participate. Our class
does benefit by getting bigger items for the classroom that we need with the money St. James School fundraises.
Information was already passed out, please see me with any questions. * Each child in our program does receive a free
tee shirt as part of this promotion.
End of the Year Picnic; E.C. Rod & Gun Park, Thursday, May 26th from 9 – 11:30a.m. We will meet at the park and grill
out hotdogs. Each family is asked to sign up to bring something for the meal. Our last day in class will be Tuesday, May
24th.

I am hosting a Jump Frog Jump literacy event for 2 ½ - 5 year olds on Thu. June 2 & Fri. June 3 from 9 – noon and Thu.
June 1 from 4-6 p.m.to promote preschool to new families. Please pass the word if you know of someone looking for
preschool. Please have them RSVP. By calling our school office to let us know they are coming. Thank You.
