associated funding distribution approved for professional development.

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) will distribute funds for each local workforce
development area for the PY'14 AEL Distance Learning Expansion Initiative on the basis of
a $10,000 equal base amount for each AEL grant recipient, and $1,050,000 distributed on
the basis of the relative proportion of the combined amounts of the AEL PY'14 program
allocation amounts (AEL federal and state grant amounts, English Language and Civics
