SUGGESTED SERVING SIZE:
Take one serve (approx 1 level scoop) in 200ml of water 15-30 mins before training or when an
energy and performance boost is needed. For a more intense effect take 2 level scoops. Always
start on the lower serving size first to check tolerance. For best mixing results use a shaker.
