Trimtect Mixing Instructions
Concentrated Pre-Mix Solution Instructions
(FOR USE WHEN APPLYING WITH BACKPACK SPRAYER)
1. Before opening the Trimtect use a marker to place a line indicating the gallon level. The Trimtect bottle is white but you will be able to see the level of the material in the bottle. See fig. 1
2. Aggressively shake Trimtect concentrate bottle for one minute.
3. Empty the entire 1 gallon container of Trimtect into an empty 2.5 gallon container. See fig. 2
4. Re-cap the Trimtect concentrate bottle, holding the bottle handle; aggressively shake the Trimtect bottle back and
forth for 30 seconds. This will liquefy most of the solid particles. Empty jug into 2.5 gallon container. Repeat this
process TWICE.
5. With all the solid particles out of the Trimtect container, fill the container with 1 gallon of water by using the line you
have marked on the bottle. Put the cap back on and shake the bottle for a couple of seconds.
6. Pour the 1 gallon of water into the 2.5 gallon container. This will result in a 2.5 gallon container with (1) gallon
Trimtect and (1) gallon water. See fig. 3
7. Using a drill and a 1.75 inch paint stir rod insert the rod into the 2.5 gallon container and physically agitate the
solution with stir rod. Mix for 1-2 minutes. When stirring the solution move the rod around in the container for
optimal agitation. See fig. 4
If using the solution within 8 hours shake the 2.5 gallon container.
If the solution has set for more than 8 hours use the stir rod to suspend any settled material.

Trimtect Tank-Mixing Instructions
1. Fill tank with 19 gallons of clean water. Begin agitation.
2. Aggressively shake the inverted Trimtect concentrate 1 gallon jug for one minute.
3. Under agitation in the tank, slowly pour the entire liquid contents of Trimtect into the tank (there will be white chunks
of solids remaining in the bottle).
4. Re-cap the Trimtect concentrate bottle, holding the bottle handle aggressively shake the Trimtect bottle back and
forth for 30 seconds. This will liquefy and break up most of the chunks.
5. Under constant agitation in the tank, pour the contents from the Trimtect bottle into the tank (there may be some
small chunks still remaining in the bottle).
6. Triple rinse the Trimtect concentrate bottle with 1/3 gallon of water with each rinse. Shake the bottle for 30 seconds
with each rinse before pouring the contents into the tank.
7. This will leave you with 21 gallons of Ready to Use Trimtect solution.
