PRODUCTS AND SERVICES – COMMISSIONS AND FEES
1. Products and Services
1.1. Receipt, transmission and execution of orders in the Securities Market of the Athens Exchange, in
the Cyprus Stock Exchange and in the Multilateral Trading Facilities of these markets, for Retail Clients,
Professional Clients as well as Eligible Counterparties. The Retail Clients are served mainly through the
ALPHATRADE platform which consists of the electronic services of Alpha Finance such as ALPHA PHONE
TRADING (phone no. +30 210-370 5700), ALPHA IVR TRADING (phone no. +30 210 370 5700), ALPHA WEB
TRADING (www.alphafinance.gr), ALPHA MOBILE TRADING. The Professional Clients are served through
specialized executives by phone or through direct electronic connections (D.M.A.).
1.2. Company and/or sector research reports. The Research Department of Alpha Finance issues various
reports either on a regular basis (daily, weekly, or monthly reviews) or in the form of special reports (company,
sector reviews).
1.3. Market Making in the Securities and Derivatives Markets of the Athens Exchange.
Market Making is conducted by specialized and certified executives in both the Securities and Derivatives
Markets of the Athens Exchange.
1.4. Receipt, transmission and execution of orders on credit (Margin Financing, Margin Financing T+2) for
Securities in the Athens Exchange. The product is available to all Retail Clients through the ALPHA PHONE
TRADING (phone no. +30 210 370 5700), ALPHA WEB TRADING and ALPHA MOBILE TRADING.
1.5. Receipt, transmission and execution of orders on Securities traded in the major international
markets. The International Markets Division serves the entire clientele of Alpha Finance (Retail, Professionals,
Eligible Counterparties), who wish to place orders on securities, ETFs etc, which are listed in the major
international markets (regulated markets, multilateral trading facilities etc). The orders are transmitted to
Bloomberg which is the broker of Alpha Finance for the international markets. Bloomberg in turn, undertakes the
responsibility for the execution of these orders. For further information please contact the Customer Services at

1.6. Receipt, transmission and execution of orders on the Derivatives Market of the Athens Exchange.
Alpha Finance’s clients are being served by the Derivatives Department serves which is consisted of specialised
executives. For further information please contact the Customer Services at +30 210 370 5700.
1.7. Receipt, transmission and execution of orders on Derivatives in the major international markets. The
Alpha Finance’s clients are being served by the International Markets Division which is consisted of specialised
executives. Alpha Finance provides its clients with access to the major international markets and transmits their
orders to “INTERACTIVE BROKERS LLC” and Banca IMI which undertakes the responsibility for the execution.
1.8. Electronic transmission of orders. The Alpha Finance has entered into a cooperation agreement with
“INTERACTIVE BROKERS LLC”, a company located in the State of Connecticut, U.S.A., which enables Alpha
Finance’s clients to effect transactions on financial instruments traded in foreign regulated markets and
multilateral trading facilities. The clients orders are transmitted to “INTERACTIVE BROKERS LLC” only
electronically.
1.9. Settlement and Custody Services. The clients’ transactions are settled by Alpha Finance, unless the client
has provided us with other settlement instructions. The settlement is carried out through automated debit/credit
transactions on clients’ bank accounts in Alpha Bank and Alpha Bank Ltd. The settlement and custody services
for the securities transactions in international markets are provided through Citibank, whereas derivatives
transactions in international markets are provided through “INTERACTIVE BROKERS LLC” and Banca IMI. The
clients, who have selected Alpha Finance as their custodian, are provided with custody services such as:
safekeeping, participation in corporate actions (increases in share capital through rights issue, collection of
dividends, receipt of shares derived from share capital increases through rights issue or distribution of bonus
shares, blocking of shares for participation in General Meetings, detailed account statement sent by post, etc).

2. Commissions and Fees
2.1. Transactions in the Securities Market of the Athens Exchange (ATHEX) and the Cyprus Stock
Exchange (CSE)
2.1.1. Transaction Commissions
i) The commission for transactions conducted through the Alpha Bank branches and the ALPHA PHONE
TRADING (phone no. +30 210 370 5700) is set as follows:

The minimum commission for the total of daily buy transactions (correspondingly for the sell transactions) is set to

*The commission is calculated on an escalated basis, for transaction values up to Euros 45.000. For transaction
values above Euros 45.000, the commission (0,4% on transaction value) is calculated on the total value of the
transaction without taking into account the escalation.
**The transaction value is set as the product of the quantity and the unit price of execution.
ii) The commission for transactions conducted through the electronic services of Alpha Finance, such as ALPHA
IVR TRADING (phone no. +30 210 370 5700), through the ALPHA WEB TRADING (www.alphafinance.gr) and
ALPHA MOBILE TRADING, is set as follows:

The minimum commission for the total of daily buy transactions (correspondingly for the sell transactions) is set to
Euros 8.
iii) Intraday trading (buy, sell) on the same size of the same security is charged with a 0,15% commission for
each trade. The minimum commission for each trade is Euros 15 for intraday trades conducted through Alpha
Bank branches/ALPHA PHONE TRADING or Euros 8 for intraday trades conducted through the electronic
services.
iv) The interest rate for Margin Financing is set to 8.50% (annually). The interest is calculated and invoiced per
quarter.
v) The interest rate for the three days Margin Financing (T+2) is set to 8.50% (annually). The interest is
calculated and invoiced per quarter.
vi) The commission for Over The Counter transactions on the Athens Exchange securities is the commission
mentioned in 2.1.1.i. The transaction value on which the commission is calculated, is the maximum of the
transaction value reported by the client and the value calculated based on the Athens Exchange closing price of
the security of the transaction date.
vii) The commissions received for trading in the Athens Exchange, which originated from the Alpha Bank
Network, are divided based on the distribution channel used for the trading executions. Alpha Bank’s fee on the
commissions received by share trading on the Athens Exchange is as follows:

Alpha Bank Branches: 70% of the commission received (min. fee for Alpha Finance per trade
confirmation Euros 10,5).

ALPHA PHONE TRADING: 20% of the commission received (min. charge Euros 15 for Alpha Finance /
per trading confirmation).

ALPHA WEB TRADING, ALPHA IVR TRADING, ALPHA MOBILE TRADING: 20% of the commission
received (min. charge Euros 8 for Alpha Finance / per trading confirmation).
viii) The commission for transactions on fixed income products (Bonds) is 0,15%.
2.1.2. Transaction Fees on ATHEX and CSE
The transactions conducted in ATHEX and CSE are charged, additional to the commission of Alpha Finance, with
transaction fees calculated on the total transaction value as follows:

2.4. Custody Services
Alpha Finance provides custody services, such as securities safekeeping, transaction execution and settlement,
corporate actions participation, dividend collection and distribution, issue of a detailed investment account
statement and trade confirmations (which you may receive via mail, fax or e-mail). The annual custody fees are
calculated as follows:

Athens Exchanges : 0.0031% on the daily average portfolio’s value

Cyprus Stock Exchange: 0.0030% on the daily average portfolio’s value

International Markets: 0.10% on the daily average portfolio’s value
The minimum annual custody fee is set at Euros 10. The aforementioned fees are calculated quarterly and

2.5. Other Services

Data requests from the Alpha Finance’s records: Euros 10 plus Euros 0.5 for each page excluding the first
one.

Assets investigation for hereditary, liquidation or juridical purposes: Euros 30
The aforementioned fees are charged with V.A.T.
2.6. Other ATHEX Fees
i) Opening of Investor Share and a Securities Account: Fee of Euros 10 (V.A.T. not applicable). Joint
Investor Shares are excluded.
ii) Transfer of securities to the Special Account: Fee of Euros 20 (excl. V.A.T.) per transfer. Succession, OffExchange Transfers (OTC) and Unification of Investor Shares are free of charge, provided that the procedure is
completed within thirty (30) calendar days.
iii) Transfer of securities from the Special Account: Fee of 20% on the transfer value with a maximum Fee
of EURO 20,00. The transfer value is the number of shares transferred times the ATHEX Closing price of the
stock on the last Business Day prior to the transfer date.
iv) Transfer of securities from ATHEX to CSE: Fee of Euros 0.2 (excl. V.A.T.) per transfer.
v) Contractual Pledge: Fee of Euros 20 (excl. V.A.T.).
vi) Transfer from Individual Investor Share to Joint Investor Share: Fee of 0,01% on the total value (per
security or portfolio value in case of total portfolio transfer), with a minimum of Euros 10 and maximum of Euros
100 per transfer respectively. The fees are charged to the Individual Investor’s Share.
vii) Transfer from Joint Investor Share to Individual Investor Share: Fee of 0,080% on the total value in the
case of Stocks, Hellenic Depository Receipts (HDRs- ELPIS) or Pre-emptive Rights (per security or portfolio
value in case of total portfolio transfer) with a minimum of Euros 20. In case of Bond transfer from Joint Investor
Share to individual Investor Share, the fee is set to 0,015% on the total value with a minimum of Euros 20.
The fees are charged to both counterparties related to the two Shares.
viii) Central Securities Registry Information Services Fees: For the provision of Central Registry Information
Services in printed form, a fee of EURO 0,05 per printed page is charged with a minimum fee of EURO 5,00.
