Invitation to Partner the National CXO Forum
Organized by the Federation of IT Industry Sri Lanka
The Federation of IT Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS) the apex industry association (www.fitis.lk) is organizing the
National CXO Forum on 11th November 2016 at BMICH to bring together approximately 1,100 CXOs from
private and government organizations in Sri Lanka to a common forum. It will concurrently take place with
Infotel 2016 National ICT exhibition to be held from 11-13 November 2016 (www.infotel.lk).
National CXO Forum will feature insights from Leading International Industry Personnel and forward-thinking disruptors, including IT and business leaders of innovative companies in the region will share their practical strategies and success stories in spearheading Business Process Innovation, Securing Organizations, harnessing the latest technologies and fostering innovation from top down to sustain business in today’s disrupted
world.
This forum will be held from 2.00PM-6.35PM at Committee Halls A, B, C and D under three tracks mentioned
below followed by Cocktails. In addition, 147 Start-up companies will showcase their products / solutions in
the foyer area supported by ICTA, EDB and few other private sector partners.

CxO Forum Audience Profile
The CxO Forums targeted audience is decision makers of listed companies and the Government of Sri Lanka.
These decision makers hold CxO positions or higher such as the board of Directors. CxO is a short way to refer,

Conditions
1. The Sponsor should provide a high level speaker for the speech and the profile of the speakers to be
shared in advance. Organizers highly encourage to bring an international speaker for the forum.
2. The 1-hour Speaker Slot should contain a minimum of 45 minutes of generic Content and the balance 15
minutes may include sponsor specific content.
3. Promotions Should Not Cause any Inconveniences to the Tech Startups and Other Sponsors
4. Speaker Presentations should be targeted to a CxO audience who are not Technical
5. FITIS Reserves the Right to Request Changes to Speaker Content to Meet Forum Standards.
