Greetings Sister Vikings,
I hope all Sisters and their families
had a blessed Christmas and will
have a nice and safe New Year.
Thank you to all who made the
Christmas Party fun. The
entertainment was great. Each year
our attendance drops, this year
there were only 39 Sisters and
guests. It's nice to see Sisters and
quests you haven't seen since
Mothers Night our through the
year.
We have sure lucked out with the
weather but it's early. So far only
one snow storm; and that's enough
for me. It's still early in the season.
But they (whoever they are) say
we are suppose to have a warm and
mild winter, let's hope they are
right'
Our meetings are the third
Thursday of the month, starting
at 7:00 P.M.

Do you have a graduating high school senior in your family who is lodge member? Now is the time to get
your scholarship application.
The Grand Lodge applications are available from the Grand Lodge Office, P.O. Box 5147, Springfield, IL.
62705. Completed submission deadline is March 1, 2016 Phone 1-877-241-6006.
The Moline applications are now available in the social room. Sponsors (parents or grandparents of the
applicant) must have been a member of the Viking Club or Lodges for a minimum of two years. Completed
applications must be submitted by March 31, 2016. The Scholarship Committee would like to thank all
Vikings for their support of the fundraising projects this last year.
