TIPS FOR USING THE NEW PARTHENON AWARDS ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM
1. Create an account.
Everyone will need to create a new account. This is not affiliated with your PRSA
account or log in information.
Begin this process by clicking – “Submit an Entry”
You’ll need to remember your account log-in information for future access to the site.
When you return each time, you’ll need to login with your email address and password
at the top left corner.
Agencies or organizations can create one account for all of their submissions, or each
person on the team can create an account.
2. Descriptions of each category.
You can read more about each category by clicking on it on the form. A brief description
will pop up.
3. Create your project and program entry description pages in Word, prior to uploading
into the system.
Once you upload a file into the system, you won’t be able to change it online although
you can replace entire files and review your entire submission before finalizing and
submitting your entry.
4. Gather all your supporting files – PDFs, JPGs, MOVs, etc. – review them to make sure
they’re correct, then add them to your application. There are no file size limits with this
system, so high-resolution images, video, etc are ok!
5. Save and Return to Entries
You can always save a draft of your entry and return at a later date if you choose.
Return to the online awards portal and login at the top left corner. Click My
Applications.
6. Completing your entry
Complete all of the required fields. When your entry is ready, click Add to Cart.
Note: The terminology “shopping cart” and “add to cart” are used when referring to
submissions and finalizing submissions.
7. Duplicate and Submit More Entries
If you’d like to submit this entry to another category easily, click Copy Submission.
To start from scratch with another submission, return to the home page and click
Submit an Entry again.
8. Checkout and Pay for Entries
When you’re ready to checkout and pay for all of your entries, click Checkout and select
your payment type.
Please note, for those paying by check, an invoice will automatically be generated and
payment is required prior to the Parthenon Awards event.
