customs and traditions that need to be taken into consideration.
While we offer a wide variety of menu options, please note these offerings are
only an example of what our Chefs can create. If you have something in mind
that you do not see, we will be glad to customize your menu.
Also, any standard offerings may be upgraded. Please check with your Catering
Coordinator for additional details.
Our On-Campus facilities consist of a restored mansion The Auburn House
& Pavilion, Potomac Lounge, and Chesapeake Ballroom. We also specialize in off
premise catering.

To secure a date, a signed contract and a $1,000 non refundable deposit is required, 50% of the remaining estimated amount is due sixty days
prior to your event. 100% of the remaining amount is due two days prior to your event. Prices are listed and do not include 6% sales tax.
GUEST COUNTS GUARANTEES
Minimum guaranteed guest count must be specified ten (10) business days prior to your event. Final guaranteed guest count is due five (5)
business days prior to your event.

Exclusively Black & Gold Catering must provide all food (except the wedding cake) at Towson University. No outside food items may be
