Who can use this contract?
This contract is open for use by Education and Training Boards
(ETB’s), ETB schools and centres, Post-primary and Primary
schools in the Republic of Ireland.
How to register for this contract?
If you are an ETB school please contact your Account Manager
Ann McGloughlin, email ann.mcgloughlin@officedepot.
com. If you have previously registered with Office Depot Ann
will re-activate your account. If you are new to Office Depot
Ann will be in touch to create a new account for you.
If you are not an ETB school please register your details by

How to order stationery from this contract?
There are four easy ways to place an order with Office Depot:

There are 152 core products carefully chosen for this contract
each with its own contract price and over 8,000 other products
of which you will receive 65% discount. If you order online
this discount is already taken into account and reflected in the
price. Products denoted with a ◊ in the catalogue are exempt
from this discount.
Each order must include an order number, correct
product code, correct quantity, and correct price upon
placement of order.
If submitting a purchase order via email, or fax, it must contain
the detail in the example provided in this catalogue example.
Delivery Times
For orders above €50, delivery will be next day, nationwide.
For orders below €50, delivery will be within two days of order
placement, nationwide.
The order must arrive to the delivery point sealed in a bag
within a green tote box. The bag is to be removed and the
green tote box is to be returned to the delivery person at that
time. Receipt of the order must be signed for and a delivery
docket will be issued with each order.

Invoicing and Payments
Office Depot offer an e-billing solution which allows invoices
to be emailed, downloaded or uploaded in a variety of formats
including PDF, CSV, Excel or XML.
Customers can further discuss their invoicing requirements
directly by contacting your Office Depot Account Manager.
Contract Duration
Six months from 19th October 2015 with an option for
extension for one period of up to three months.
