Although students attending Catholic schools are not required to attend religious education classes during non-sacramental years, they are required to attend religious education classes in grades 2, 9, & 10. Discounted fees are: $45.00 for Grades 1-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 $75.00 for Grades 2 and 10 God Bless, Reneé Brissette Religious Education Coordinator St. Mark Church, Cranston, Rhode Island Solemn Mass & Eucharistic Procession on Corpus Christi Sunday, June 7th, is the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. On June 7th, the 11:00am Mass will be a Solemn Mass in honor of the institution of the Eucharist. A Solemn Eucharistic Procession will immediately follow the Mass. The Procession will conclude with Solemn Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament and will be followed by a light reception in the Mother Cabrini Parish Center. All are invited to attend and process in this great act of devotion. If you are married, your marriage must be recognized by the Roman Catholic Church. This is especially important if you are asked to be a Godparent for Baptism or a Sponsor for Confirmation. It takes 6 months of attending Mass regularly to be eligible. Sacraments for the Homebound When someone who has attended Mass their entire lives can no longer participate in Sunday worship, it is very important that we as the Church bring the Eucharist to them. Sr. Angelina and our Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion visit the sick and homebound members of our parish.
