EZ-Vision® dye.
Convenient Solution
1 kb, 100 bp, and PCR DNA ladders are premixed with EZ-Vision® containing loading buffer, a tracking dye and a fluorescent DNA dye.
Instant Visualization
Immediate visualization of DNA ladders post-electrophoresis using a
standard UV transilluminator.
Safer to Use
Formula is both non-toxic and non-mutagenic and eliminates the need to
use ethidium bromide.
Relative migration of pre-stained samples of dsDNA
in a 1% agarose gel with EZ-Vision®, Competitor Dye,
and Ethidium Bromide. The data shows that EZ-Vision
has much less effect on DNA migration than ethidium
bromide or the competitor dye. Samples stained with EZVision are not impeded and migrate similar to dsDNA that is
stained post electrophoresis.
