STUDENTS WITH INCOME PRODUCED EVEN PARTIALLY ABROAD CANNOT PROCEED ONLINE BUT HAVE TO SUBMIT ALL THE 2014 FISCAL
DOCUMENTATION TO THE UNIVERSITY TAX OFFICE DURING WORKING TIME AND WITHIN THE AFOREMENTIONED DEADLINE.
STUDENTS ENTERING SAME 2014 FISCAL DATA IN ORDER TO GET ACCESS TO BENEFITS LINKED TO THE RIGHT TO STUDY (E.G. SCHOLARSHIPS,
ASSIGNMENT OF A PLACE IN UNIVERSITY COLLEGES, CANTEEN SERVICE, etc.) ARE NOT TO FILL IN MOD.215, BUT HAVE ONLY TO COMPLY WITH
E.DI.S.U. (ENTE REGIONALE PER IL DIRITTO ALLO STUDIO) REQUIREMENTS, ACCORDING TO THEIR TERMS AND CODITIONS (http://www.edisu.pv.it).
RELEVAT FISCAL DATA WILL BE THEN FORWARDED BY E.DI.S.U. TO PAVIA UNIVERSITY, THEREFORE RELIEVING STUDENTS WHO APPLIED OF THE
NECESSITY TO SUBMIT AGAIN MOD.215: THE AMOUNT OF DUE 2015/16 UNIVERSITY TAX WILL BE WORKED OUT AUTOMATICALLY.
First instalment (composition)
Students who enrol in a 1st year degree course pay a fixed amount of € 680.00 (fixed fee + € 183,91 advance payment of the yearly variable tuition fee). The 1st
instalment payment deadline is coincident with the enrolment deadline. The rest of the tuition fee has to be paid with the 2nd instalment (see below). If the amount of
€ 183,91 exceeds the due annual variable fee, the student will be reimbursed by July 2016.
Students who enrol in subsequent years of study pay the fixed fee (€ 496,09) and 50% of the tuition fees paid in the academic year 2014/2015. All students are
supposed to pay the 1st instalment by 15 oct. 2015.
Second instalment (composition)
The second instalment is the difference between the fees for the whole academic year and the amount paid in the 1st instalment. The outstanding balance must be
paid by 31 mar. 2015.
CONVERSION OF UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA (DU) INTO LAUREA (L)
Students interested in the conversion of their DU (obtained on the basis of outdated didactic Regulation such as per item no.3, paragraph 1 of the D.M. 509/99 and
further modifications and integrations) should pay besides the fixed instalment also an amount of tuition fees variable according to percentages listed in the below
table. The same rule is applicable also to owners of certification of Schools Specialising in Professional Purposes who wish to achieve the same conversion into a L.

INDEPENDENT STUDENTS
The student’s family status will be integrated with that of their parents, except in the following cases:
1 – There is evidence that the student has lived alone for at least 2 years (Form 214) and that the house s/he lives in does not belong to a family member;
2 - Tax declarations that prove that the student has earned more than € 7.766,00 in the previous 2 years, and that s/he has not worked for a family member. This

amount may be subject to change following the issuance of the decision of the Regional Government of Lombardy. This decision may modify the economic
requirements necessary for the calculation of the indicators required to access the economic benefits.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Students from “low income countries” with a valid Italian Student Visa pay only the first instalment fixed fee of
€ 496,09.
EXEMPTIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS
Please note that the University will refund, when due, only by bank transfer to the bank account associated to the Ateneo card Pavia. Reimbursements will
be processed within July 2016.

Students who qualify for and receive the regional grants doled out by EDiSU
Registration fee and tuition fee exemptions and reimbursements:
1. Students with physical disabilities ≥ 66%
2. International students who receive grants from the Italian Government under the Development Cooperation Scheme and inter-government cultural and scientific
agreements.
3. Students who qualify for and receive regional grants from the EDiSU
4. University of Pavia employees under an open-ended contract are allowed a discount of 50% of the due variable tuition fees and are exempted from the registration
fee (according to what specified in the Board of Directors’ deliberation on 30/09/2008)
Contribution to the Cooperation and Knowledge Fund exemptions and reimbursements:
1. Students with physical disabilities ≥ 66%
Tuition Fee exemptions and reimbursements:
1.
Students who enrol for the first time in an Italian university in a first-cycle degree course or a single-cycle laurea magistralis course and have
completed high school with the highest possible score, 100/100. The same rule applies to international students that hold an equivalent qualification
and the declaration of value on the school leaving certificate indicates the maximum score that can be earned.
2.
The graduates who finish their second-cycle/laurea magistralis course within the official time will be reimbursed 100% of the variable fee of the last
year studies of the second cycle/laurea magistralis. The graduates should not have spent more than 3 years of studies to earn the first-cycle degree,
and not more than two ears to earn the second-cycle degree. There will be no fee exemption if:
a.
the course of studies has been interrupted between enrolment in the first-cycle degree course and in the second-cycle/laurea magistralis
degree course
b.
If the student has obtained an abbreviation of the years of study (the student is enrolled not in the first year but in one of the subsequent
years of study)
c.
If the student has already been awarded such an exemption (for example if the student is enrolled in his second degree course at secondcycle/laurea magistralis level);
3.
Students with an ISEE ≤ 12,000.00.
4.
Students who graduate by the regular completion time at second-cycle/laurea magistralis level will receive a 100% reimbursement of their final year
variable fees, on condition that they have enrolled only in the years of study required for completion of the academic degree in question.
5.
Chinese students who enrol in the Italian-Chinese program of the laurea magistralis course in Architectural Engineering.
6.
Students from “low income Countries” with a valid Italian Student Visa

Students who enrol in one of the following laurea magistralis held entirely in English pay 70% of the variable fees. Valid only for the first year of
studies.

8.
Students who have obtained a full equivalence of the academic qualification earned abroad pay 50 % of the variable fees.
REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS IN PART-TIME SYSTEM

be set and broadcast by Servizio Sanità.

TEACHING QUALIFICATION PROGRAMMES:
ACTIVE EDUCATIONAL TRAINING (“TIROCINIO FORMATIVO ATTIVO” - TFA)
AND SPECIAL QUALIFYING PROGRAMMES (“PERCORSI ABILITANTI SPECIALI” - PAS)
The tuition fees related to these programmes are set each year in agreement with the Universities of Lombardia. The following data are provided as a guide and may
be modified in case the agreement is not subscribed within the date of approval of this call.
The total amount of € 2.514,04 is paid in two instalments.

International students who receive grants from the Italian Government under the Development Cooperation Scheme and inter-government cultural and
scientific agreements:

Students enrolled in Medical Area Specialization Schools:
Exempted from the regional tax for studies
Medicine and surgery graduates, enrolled in EEC regulated Medical Area Specialization Schools:

Students enrolled in the Law Specialization School, who qualify for or receive the regional grants distributed by EdiSU:
The registration fee and the contributions will be refunded
The requirements to be admitted in the rankings are following:
Students enrolled for the first time in the 1st year: they must have obtained a score of no less than 48/60 in the admission test
Students enrolled in the 2nd year: they must have obtained an average score of at least 21/30 in the 1st year tests, including the final tests
Students enrolled in the Law Specialization School and in the PhD programmes, who qualify for but do not receive the regional grants distributed by
EDiSU
They will be reimbursed for the regional tax for studies (according to what specified in Art. 8 L.R. 13/12/2004 n. 33)
Students who qualify for and receive regional grants from the EDiSU
They will be reimbursed or exempted for the students services fees
