Any Person removing trees in violation of this covenant shall pay a stipulated liquidated damage sum of $20. 00 per inch of diameter measured for each tree, up to a maximum liquidated damage sum of $2,000 for any Lot Maintaining Your Landscape One hallmark of a great neighborhood is a well maintained landscape. The C&Rs specify that (1) no weeds, underbrush or other unsightly vegetation shall be permitted to remain on any Lot (2) no hedges or hedge like grouping of plants exceeding two feet in height shall be permitted without the written approval of the ARC, and (3) no artificial grass, plants or other artificial vegetation shall be placed or maintained on any Lot.
