online application, accepts the Prosper Rate and proceeds to publish a listing to the Prosper platform. Investor leads are considered
those new investors who have successfully completed their first transfer of money onto the Prosper Platform.
How does the borrower process work?

How long does the borrower process take?
It takes less than 3 minutes for a borrower to get pre-approved for a Prosper Loan. It takes roughly 10 minutes for a borrower to
complete the process and post a loan request to the Prosper Platform.
What does a borrower need to do in order for an affiliate to get credit for a conversion?
The borrower has to personally fill out and post a loan application onto the Prosper Website, which takes less than 15 minutes.
How and when do I receive my affiliate commissions?
Affiliates receive commission directly through Impact Radius, on the 16th day of each month.
Are there monthly fees to become an affiliate with Prosper?
No. Prosper does not charge its affiliates any fees.
Do I need to have my own website to be an affiliate?
Yes. Our affiliate program is web-based only. Affiliates must have an existing platform for advertising, which can be a website,
