Raysound contains two main business groups：

1. Petrochemical products：
：
Chemical product trade：Our main products are solvents, monomers, polymers, and synthetic resins which are
sold to Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia market.
Industrial diluent production and waste solvent recycling and regeneration：This group's subsidiary has
established a joint venture in Guangdong Province in China with Japanese partners Toyota Chemical Industry and
the Shoko Co., Ltd. to supply the major Chinese auto manufacturers and other industries in China. We also provide
the most advanced technology for waste solvent recycling and regeneration.
We help to protect the Earth by reducing organic solvent consumption.
Manufacture of synthetic resins：One of Raysound Group's subsidiaries- "Symbol", which is a manufacturer of
synthetic resin and supplies products for footwear industry, lamination industry…etc.
2. Upstream and downstream building construction industry：

This group involves in the upstream and downstream building construction industry, including land development,
construction and indoor decoration of residential and commercial building, garden design, as well as project
construction and building materials production and sale.

The group is divided into two main divisions：

■ Trading producing, and manufacturing in petroleum chemicals.
■ Construction and its related industry.
Both of chemical industry and construction industry are vertically invested by Raysound group. The
demands for chemical products and building materials are extended from domestic market to international
market.

Symbol Manufacturing & Marketing Corp. was established in 1971.
Raysound Enterprise Corp. invested Symbol in 2004.
Symbol chiefly engages in
(1) Adhesive which is used for shoes making, wood making, packaging, and for industry uses.
(2) Adhesive for spraying which is suitable for suitcase, belt, motor decoration, and equipment associated
with refrigerator.
(3) Adhesive for lamination which is suitable for PVC film, cloth, synthetic fiber.
(4) Strong bonding adhesive, which has excellent initial adhesion. It can be applied to any kind of materials
and completely adhere in shortest time.
(5) Polyurethane adhesive which possesses heat-retardant and resistance to freeze ability and has stickness
that is superior to traditional PU adhesive. Polyurethane adhesive is professional for PVC and PU.
(6) Other products for miscellaneous use.
Symbol has its own factory which manufactures adhesive and processes hardener, surface primer, white glue and latex.
Symbol sells adhesive to dealers and individual customers in Taiwan, and exports to Bangladesh and Southeast Asia.

The chemical engineering division was established in 1992, and engages in the sale and import and export of synthetic resins,
chemical raw materials, monomers, and solvents. The main markets consist of Taiwan, China, and Southeast Asia, Sri Lanka
and Vietnam. Customers include distributors, wholesalers, and retailers of synthetic resin and artificial synthetic leather industry.
The chemical division is also the sales agent for various products made by foreign manufacturers. Raysound Chemical (Holdings)
has embarked on a joint venture project with Japanese partners Shoko Co., Ltd. and Toyota Chemical in order to enhance its
international competitiveness.
