**FOR ALL LIVESTOCK SHOWS**
Market Animal Health Form, COOL & Oregon 4-H Livestock Exhibitor Agreement forms
must be turned in at each show’s final weigh-in. Forms are on the Umatilla County website:
http://extension.oregonstate.edu/umatilla/4hresources or from your local 4-H offices.
 The eligibility weights for all shows will be the unshrunk weight across the scales.
 All lambs and goats being exhibited must have an approved scrapie tag or tattoo at the show.
 For each date listed, plan to arrive at the scheduled starting time!
Make sure that the weigh-in slips are filled out completely and legibly. Please be prepared with
the following information: name, address, phone number, age, description of animal, sex of animal, 4H or FFA, name of club or chapter, and indicate which show(s) the animal is being weighed in for.
Please specify each family member’s name and age, if animal is being weighed under a family name,
(i.e. the Doe kids are weighing in two hogs, each weigh slip should say, Jane 15 years old and John 11
years old). Each exhibitor should keep a copy of each weigh-in slip.
If you have any questions or problems concerning weights, ear tags, or ownership requirements please

EOLS Entry Deadline is May 15, 2017—all entries for Umatilla County participants will go through
the Pendleton Extension Office.
New in 2017—There will be no evidence of a scrotum on goats.

Each exhibitor is allowed to tag-in 2 animals.
To be eligible for this show, exhibitors MUST bring their livestock to the designated weigh-in
location at the designated time to be officially weighed.
All exhibitors participating in the Allied Industry Beef Achievement Award must tag their steer in
March.
Umatilla County Fair entry forms and record book deadline is Thursday, July 6, 2017.

To be eligible for this show, exhibitors MUST bring their livestock to the designated weigh-in

PJLS registration forms must be completed and turned in by Saturday, August 26, 2017 at weigh-in.
