The Y’s Lose Big program has seen amazing results over the past six years.
Hundreds of individuals have successfully transformed their bodies with this
fun program that stresses accountability! How do we improve on an already
awesome program? We add a friend, significant other, spouse, parent,
child, that’s how! Introducing our 2017 Lose Big Challenge-Doubles Edition.
Studies show you will push yourself harder and stay more motivated if you
participate in any fitness program with a partner. Pair up and get ready to
have some fun during our 7-week challenge program. Register with a partner
for this accelerated challenge and LOSE BIG!

Public price includes individual Y basic member privileges for the
duration of the program. All fees are nonrefundable.
PARTICIPANTS:
• Must be cleared by a physician and, for health reasons, want to lose 20 or more pounds
(Par Q form available on our website at springfieldymca.org)
• Must be14 years or older
• Pairs will select a team based on their schedule preference
• Must attend a nutrition class

Each location will have their kick off at 2 p.m.
Kerasotes Team Workouts/Coaches:
Bo on Wednesdays at 5:30AM
Brittani on Thursdays at 7:30PM
Downtown Team Workouts/Coaches:
Jessica on Wednesdays at 6:45PM
Dorian on Fridays at 11:00AM

The winning pair at each location will be
determined by the greatest percentage
of total weight loss per pair during the
competition.
There will also be special team vs team
challenges throughout the 7-week program.
