Solar Support Plus is a warranty
support product provided by

provides the management of warranty
support for solar systems sold through

warranty service only applies to the

panel and inverter serial numbers and
their ancillary electrical items to be free
from defects as installed under normal
application, use, service and weather
conditions for a period of ten years

Warranty Exclusions

accident, or has been damaged through
abuse, alteration, failure to follow
the solar provider’s, solar installer’s
or the component’s manufacturer’s

electrician or its authorised dealers/
installer, this warranty will be void.

Warranty Claim Procedure
Limitations of Warranty and Liability
Solar Support Plus makes no warranties
whatsoever regarding the component
parts of the solar system. However,
Solar Support Plus does for the solar
system components purchased through
the Solar Support Plus accredited
solar provider(s), hereby assign the
system owners all the manufacturer’s
warranties for the component parts of
UIFTPMBSTZTUFNUPUIFHSFBUFTUFYUFOE
such warranties are assignable.

other loss or injuries resulting from
defects in the solar system or use
thereof are not the responsibility
