212 VIP Club Edition has emerged as a tribute to music. Music moves us, it

glamour and the magic of the night have come together in these first 212
VIP limited edition fragrances. The main ingredient for an unforgettable

II.THE FRAGRANCES
What ingredients make up the new limited edition fragrances?
With a fresh and outgoing air, 212 VIP Club Edition comes in two fragrances.
• FOR HER: The fragrance opens with notes of citrus cocktail and
blackcurrant sorbet, followed by Sambac jasmine petals. The
fragrance closes with a chord of white patchouli and musk. Definitely
a unique cocktail of freshness that makes the fragrance the sexiest
and most urban one on the dance floor.
• FOR HIM: The fragrance opens with a chord of ozonic ice and lime caviar,
which is complemented right in the heart of the fragrance with notes
of king wood and nutmeg. It closes with the ever sexy chocolate
gianduja. A dramatically fresh, vibrant and stimulating fragrance with
an addictive sensuality.
What has been the role of Carolina Herrera de Baez in creating these
fragrances?
Carolina Herrera de Baez is the Creative Director of Fragrances of the House
of Herrera and, as such, she directs and coordinates all the work involved
behind the creation of a new fragrance. 212 VIP Club Edition has been no
exception. She has directed the whole creative process and has actively
participated in all of the production process phases.
Who is the “nose” of the fragrance?
The “noses” of 212 VIP Club Edition are Alberto Morillas for the feminine
fragrance and Emily Cooperman for the masculine fragrance. Both have
already worked in the creation of other successful Carolina Herrera
fragrances such as 212 VIP Rosé and 212 VIP Men.
What is the packaging of the fragrances like?
The packaging of the fragrances evoke the elements that accompany the
parties in New York, with an elegant glass bottle covered by metal plating for
freshness, in gold for him and silver with a pink juice for her. In both cases, a
VIP metal top and collar protect the fragrance.

Who is Alesso?
Alessandro Lindbald, better known as Alesso, has crowned the pantheon of
dance music thanks to his smash hit “Titanium” produced by the famous
French DJ David Guetta, and has worked with numerous artists such as Avicii,
OneRepublic, Calvin Harris and Usher.
Born in Stockholm, Sweden, he was discovered by the renowned DJ
Sebastian Ingrosso, a member of the dissolved Swedish House Mafia, and
quickly signed to this record label. Since 2014, he has been ranked No. 15 in
the list of the top 100 DJs by DJ Magazine. Alesso was chosen by Madonna to
accompany her on her MDNA World Tour. He has also performed at
numerous festivals, including Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival and
Tomorrowland.
How has it been working with Alesso?
Working with Alesso has been a really good experience. The shooting of the
video clip was excellent. Alesso’s willingness and enthusiasm on set, both in
Buenos Aires and also in Barcelona, has been wonderful. Alesso´s desire to
collaborate with 212 VIP, his brilliance and his care over every single detail in
each one of the scenes has made the shoot a unique and electrifying
experience. The result is an exclusive shoot where Alesso brought out his
sexiest and most amusing side.
What is he like to work with? What was he like during the filming?
Alesso is energetic and fun. He didn’t stop dancing, laughing and joking
throughout the entire shooting. He made everything very natural and the
video clip turned into a real party. He brought personality and a unique style
to every one of the scenes.
What has Alesso’s participation given you?
Alesso has been the real star of the shoot, the main host who has allowed us
to experience a real party. Alesso has conveyed the same as that which he
understands music to be; that energy that makes people get carried away,
having fun and getting together in one place, whether that is in a club, at a
festival or in a private party. Handsome, sexy and cool, Alesso has been the
necessary ingredient for this party, and for this exclusive shoot.

you. It lasts for approximately 4 minutes.
What does it represent?
To create the 212 VIP Club Edition song, Alesso has been inspired by
concepts such as modernity, sensuality, youth, energy, parties, people,
love..., which are very prominent in the world of 212 VIP.
The song is about love – how strong love is and how it can end up controlling
you and change your way of seeing things in life.
The title, If it wasn’t for you, invokes what it would be like to live without
real love.

Where, when and how was the video clip recorded?
212 has produced and recorded the official video for the song in Buenos
Aires and Barcelona with Alesso as the central character.
The video clip also features 3 top models - Andrés Sanjuan, Monica Cima and
the famous dancer Emily Capel - three great talents that have brought an air
of authenticity and life to the world of partying that 212 VIP Club Edition
represents.
Throughout the days of filming both in Barcelona and Buenos Aires, there
has been a party and fun filled atmosphere, thanks to a great production and
direction crew and a real dream team for the makeup and hairdressing,
styling and scene design.
What happens in the video clip?
This video aims to convey the effects that music can have on people. Music
makes you feel, dance, it seduces you and leads you through the night.
The video tells the story of three young people on their way to a party where
the music of Alesso holds sway.
The video clip shows a dancer, a sports photographer and a model working
on a photo shoot. Each one of them interprets and experiences the music
differently, and let themselves be carried away by it.

Who is the director?
The video was directed by Pensacola and produced by Canada. Pensacola
are two young directors from Barcelona who are based in New York - Pau
Dalmases y Pau Suris, who in just two years, have carved out a portfolio that
contains everything from music videos for groups such as Chvrches and
Vaccines to adverts for the BBC and Coca Cola, and even a fashion film for
OpeningCeremony.
Canada is a production company based in Barcelona that has been producing
and directing music videos and commercials since 2008.
Who are the characters in the video clip?

The term VIP is a concept that goes beyond being famous or not. The VIP of
212 is someone who shares life experiences with interesting people from
different fields. New York has always welcomed these characters, who turn
the night into their perfect ally.
The talented stars who have participated in this video are:
Emilie Capel: Born in Paris, she has a long career as a dancer. Following the
International Academy of Dance in Paris, Emilie worked on television dance
shows together with Mariah Carey, MC Solaar and Billy Crawford. In 2001,
she danced in the musical “Romeo and Juliet” and began to work with the
Kamel Ouali company in the “Star Academy 1” broadcasts. In March 2002,
she took part in “Les Académyciens” tour. She has worked with Madonna,
and has been the lead dancer in several of her tours. She has also
participated in several music videos. Her last collaboration was with 212 VIP
and Alesso for the song If it wasn’t for you.
Andrés de San Juan: Andres is a young man of only 17 years of age who has
emerged as a model. He was discovered by a photographer through a
mutual friend. His career has made him one of the new faces of fashion
giving him extremely high exposure. He has undertaken lead articles with
L'Officiel and Neo2, among others, and has modelled in the last two fashion
shows in Madrid. He combines his work as a model with an art degree and
has decided that he wants to study architecture. Before entering college he
will move for three months to New York, where he will have the chance to
model in one of the most important cities in the world. He wants to continue
enjoying cycling and surfing, two of his favourite sports, and his passion for
art, which seems to have melded with him. His last collaboration has been

Monica Cima: Born in Paris, she has had a long career as a model and has
worked for big brands thanks to her captivating beauty and charm. Her most
outstanding season was a year ago when she joined forces with Armani and
the result was more than spectacular. Her last collaboration was with 212
VIP and Alesso on the song If it wasn’t for you.
How many people have taken part in the production of the video clip?
The 212 VIP Club Edition video clip has involved a large team of professionals.
There were 65 people in the production team, 3 characters in the video clip,
Alesso and his entire team and 70 extras to provide support.
The whole team worked non-stop for 5 days to create the feeling of being in
a real party. People danced uninhibitedly under the watchful eye of the
entire production team.
What does the online competition involve?
On the 4th of May, 212 VIP will launch an online competition whereby the
public will be able to create a video for the song If it wasn’t for you and
upload it by mobile phone. This competition will be promoted and made
available via the official online 212 channels. The names of the five winners
will be announced through these channels.
There are three different ways to take part in the competition:
1. The first way to participate is to upload a five second video via a mobile
phone. Out of all the entries, three videos will be chosen and the selected
persons will win a VIP experience in Ibiza and will form part of the Alesso
video.
2. The second way to participate is to create a mix using the mix app that will
be available at the point of sale. The winner will also win a VIP experience in
Ibiza.
3. The third way to participate is by purchasing a 212 fragrance and
registering afterwards on the official website. The winner will be announced
through a prize draw and will be able to win a VIP experience in Ibiza.
