BIOSHADE ADDOSSATA
BIOSHADE is a bioclimatic louvered system, using natural resources such
sun and wind providing good control of the microclimate to meet wellbeing of
the users, it allows natural ventilation, protection from direct sunlight, reduces
the heat input, modulates the light intensity and thanks to the innovative
design allows you to shield the rain.
This project has satisfied a meditate choice of style and functionality,
combining aesthetics and innovation, ensuring high performance in terms
of energy savings, caused by energy consumption for ventilation, cooling,
heating, and lighting through the usage of inexhaustible renewable energy
sources such as sun, wind, water and air.
BIOSHADE is made of aluminum (alloy 6060), the blades form a flat roof, are
the result of a careful design study with the purpose to modulate the direct or
indirect light according to the solar orientation of the surface and to benefit
of the natural ventilation to cool and ventilate the room. It is equipped with a
seal gasket to prevent rainwater infiltration for an excellent protection from
rain (40 lt / sq. m. per hour).
The built-in perimeter gutter allows the rainwater channeling directly into the
pillars (section 150x150 mm), pre-arranged LED lighting system is available.
Blades can be open up to 110° the orientation will be performed with
electronic motor (standard) and remote control.
Maximum coverage area 4 meters wide to 6 meters projection. It is a
modular pergola, additional modules can be added. It is available in the
version freestanding, back to wall and roof only.

BIOSHADE // COATINGS
Our aluminum profiles are submitted to a high-tech coating process, in line with the
evolution of the market and application fields, in compliance with the technical guidelines
QUALICOAT.
The coating of our profiles takes place three cycles:
- chemical pretreatment applied to the contour for perfect finishes and long lasting;

- application of polyester powder using automatic electrostatic guns;
- Curing conditions at 200° to get an extra strong final coating, increasing the mechanical
