Through a coalition of community participants we hope to identify and stimulate future leaders and through a structured program, provide a broad-based overview of how business and government affect our community. THE LEADERSHIP PROCESS... Once a month, from September through May, participants attend a half-day session in which important community issues are reviewed and discussed. The monthly sessions will be hosted by various local businesses, organizations, and agencies. Sessions will run from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. During each session, decision makers and experts on the topics addressed are invited to share their insight and views. An evening graduation is held the third Thursday of June.
