Depending on the amount of your grant, you must also submit the following
financial assessment:
Requirements for financial assessment if the grant is less than € 25,000
Fill in the table on Page 6. If there have been modifications in relation to the original
budget, indicate them. In the event of a modification, the Fund’s administration can request
evidence (for example copies of invoices, account statements or official notices from other
organizations). You are therefore advised to keep thorough financial records.
Requirements for financial assessment if the grant is equal to or more than € 25,000
and less than € 125,000:
Fill in the table on Page 6. If there have been modifications in relation to the original
budget, indicate them. Also supplement the original budget with the actual costs and
revenues. Present evidence corresponding to the actual costs and revenues. If there have
been no modifications to the project, submit an actual declaration of costs. The Fund’s
administration can carry out random audits. You are therefore required to keep thorough
financial records.
Requirements for financial assessment if the grant is more than or equal to € 125,000:
Fill in the table on Page 6. In addition, an accountant’s declaration is required: a declaration
concerning accuracy and legitimacy, issued by an accountant as stipulated in Article 393,
paragraph 1, of Volume 2 of the Netherlands Civil Code. The account also provides an
assessment of compliance with the stipulations of the audit protocol by the grant recipient.
