"Turn! Turn! Turn!'"
As the Byrds once sang:
To everything - turn, turn, turn
There is a season - turn, turn, turn."
With many things (advances in technology, new school year, the
seasons, etc.) the SE Region is a "turning".

Farewell, Rebecca Whitaker
September 1st will be the last day for Rebecca Whitaker to serve
as the SE STEM Regional Manager. Rebecca has decided to take
some time to be with her family and become a real STEM-ist: she
is earning credits towards a degree in industrial engineering.
"I am extremely honored to have had this opportunity to serve as
the SE STEM Regional Manager. I am so proud of the
accomplishments we have made through the STEM Initiative,
especially in the SE region. We need to remember a quote from
Albert Einstein - We cannot educate today's students with
yesterday's technology and expect tomorrow's success.
And finally, I would like to share a huge Thank You to the students
of this great state - You have inspired me so much."
