Canting gives both more leverage over the nose and tail, while making wider stances feel more comfortable. If you want canting, simply switch out the 0-degree InBase pad with the canted options. 3.5 DEGREES TECHNOLOGIES DIVISION 1 2 DEGREES SETTING UP AND CUSTOMIZING YOUR UNDERWRAP™ BINDINGS Getting your boot centered on the midline of your binding and the midline of your board is super important—with an UnderWrap binding you do it with heel hoop adjustment, not disc adjustment. Mount Your Bindings—Pick Your Stance Width and Stance Angles Rome boards provide suggested Default Stances on all models, but many riders like to pick their own. A good rule of thumb if you don’t know your preference is a little wider than shoulder width apart. For freestyle boards, most riders mount their bindings centered on the board, whereas a lot of freeriders mount 20 mm back from center. Next come the angles of your stance. Again, if you don’t know your preference a standard “duck” stance is a good starting point: positive 15-degrees on your front foot and a negative 9-degrees on your back foot. Once your position and angles are determined, mount each binding with four disc screws.
