participate in the Sellabration Talent Show, on Saturday, September 10th. I have read and
agree with the attached Talent Show Rules. I also understand that my child may have their
pictures or videos taken and placed on The Sanger Area Chamber of Commerce’s website,
Facebook or marketing material.
ANY child UNDER the age of 6 MUST have an adult helping them during check in and on stage
(you may stay out of view while child is performing).

Sanger’s Got Talent Show Rules
1. We reserve the right to change or eliminate acts due to inappropriate language, clothing,
contents, or violence. Words, movements in dances, and costumes must be appropriate for all
ages.
2. Each student will be allowed to participate in act each.
3. All participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the talent show.
4. Each participant will be allowed up to 3 minutes for his/her performance. If your performance
goes over the 3-minute mark, you will automatically be deducted five points. If your performance
hits the 4-minute mark, then your act will be ended by stage crew.
5. Money, Registration and Parent consent forms must be submitted by September 5 th 2016. All
participants must turn in a consent form in order to participate in the talent show. The consent
form needs to be filled out completely.
**** Please note if you have more than one person in your act each participant needs to
turn in a signed consent form.
6. Any music used must be on CD or on an IPhone. Please have Song # and child's name
marked on back.
7. For any music used, singing or dancing, make sure it is "rated" for general.
8. We will not be able to honor any special requests to have your child perform at a specific
time.
9. We would like all participants who are participating in the talent show to try and stay until the
end of the final performance. This is out of courtesy to other performers and to have the chance
to accept your award if you win!
