The Best Summer Strawberry Pie
4 cups water
4 Tbls cornstarch
6 oz box strawberry jello
1. Mix 4 cups water and 4 Tbls cornstarch in saucepan on medium heat for 20
minutes. Stir in 6 oz box of strawberry Jello and stir until dissolved. Let rest
until cool.
Crust:
2 sticks butter, melted
2 cups flour
2 Tbls Sugar
2. Melt Butter. Mix melted butter and rest of ingredients. Press into a 9x13 inch
pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
3. Let crust cool.
4. Add sliced strawberries (however many you prefer) to the cool jello mix.
5. When both crust and jello mix are cool, pour jello over crust.
6. Refrigerate until set.
