TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Procedures and Terms for Buying, Selling and Listing used equipment
Seller will provide Voeller Mixers, Inc. (Broker) as much detailed information as
available about the equipment for sale, i.e. photographs, serial number, Bill of Sale, etc.
Broker will display the equipment for sale on Broker’s website.
Broker does not charge fees or costs for the listing other than the commission described
below. The listing with Broker is not exclusive; Seller may list the equipment for sale
with another broker.
Broker will receive a 10% commission from sale proceeds upon sale and receipt of
payment from a buyer.
Broker will not take possession of or title to any equipment for sale and will not store any
equipment. Seller agrees that all equipment listed with Broker is owned by Seller and is
authorized by Seller to be sold. Broker makes no representation concerning the accuracy
of information provided by Seller and, to the extent any such information is inaccurate,
Seller will hold harmless and indemnify Broker against all claims made against Broker
for any such inaccuracies.
