MPS Essentials Implementation
A standardised audit service provides a
high-level assessment of your current
print infrastructure, usage, and enduser experience. This combines physical
network scans of devices connected to
your network with a web-based end-user
survey. The resulting report identifies
areas of potential waste which could
be minimised - alongside a suggested
solution to optimise your infrastructure
and recommendations for the future.
This includes the design, implementation
and training required to commission a
solution that will efficiently and effectively
manage your office print infrastructure, and
ensure that it is managed in accordance
with an agreed and documented print policy
that helps deliver your business objectives.
Maintenance & Support
This usage-based service contract provides
device maintenance and repair, in addition
to the toner supplies needed for your
devices. Importantly, it also guarantees
a single point of contact with Canon, as
well as Canon Software Support to ensure
your solution is always up-to-date.

MPS Essentials Managed Service
This managed service is the means by
which we monitor and manage all the
devices covered under your contract –
enabling you to refocus on your core
business. It includes automated meter
readings, toner management and
firmware monitoring, so you never need
to concern yourself again with these
repetitive, time-consuming activities.
We provide a service desk for event, incident
and problem escalation management, and
service request fulfilment for those occasions
you need to contact us. We will also provide
device management services to ensure that
your firmware is constantly updated, printer
drivers managed, and assets tracked.
Critical to the success of your managed
service, we provide periodic reporting
to ensure that everything is delivered as
promised. We also seek to identify and
address departures from your defined
print policy, providing on-going visibility
into the performance and effectiveness
of your managed print infrastructure. If
opportunities exist to further enhance how
things work, these suggestions will also
be incorporated within these reviews.
