Compact Track Loader Drives Performance Advantages Servo system designed for high displacement ratio CT07 = 2.3:1 and CT05 = 2.5:1 displacement ratios Allows higher speeds with same pump flow – higher productivity Low pressure “soft shift” servo system Reduces shift harshness = operator comfort Other two-speed units use a high pressure shift servo system Designed for Exceptional Performance Fairfield's CT05 and CT07 Torque-Hub® final drives are specifically designed for the harsh working environment they will encounter with demanding mobile applications, such as compact track loader (CTL) machines. Our solution uses an integrated axial piston motor and a compact, two-stage planetary reduction, featuring a high displacement ratio between maximum and minimum. The lower minimum displacement values allow for higher speeds even if pump flow is reduced by lowering engine speed to achieve mandated emission requirements (tier 4). Fairfield provides additional minimum displacement choices to fine tune machine performance. Key features: High efficiency (minimal power loss at high speed) Higher travel speeds (10-12 mph) 2-speed design & 3-speed capability Softest shift in the industry High durability brake & seal These performance advantages make these drives ideal for use in various construction equipment, including CTLs, trenchers, track-driven utility vehicles, small compaction machines, mini-excavators and small pavers. 2 CTL Drives Brake design Exceeds 100 panic stop qualification test without fade Reduced running losses at high speed due to brake location Tests have shown brake drag can be as much as 1.5 hp less Brake system can be easily serviced through the cover of the gearbox Active brake flushing Providing flow to keep heat managed in critical shaft seal area Considered to be “deep case” flushing Double wall floating carrier = improved load sharing Extended planet gear and planet bearing life Improved start-up torque Axial piston vs. competitive radial piston designs 1 RPM Motor Torque Efficiency Compact Track Loader Drives Key Features Two-Stage Planetary Gearbox Double Wall Floating Output Carrier Square Bore Mechanical Face Seal 310/400 Nm Brake System Two-Speed Servo Proven Sauer-Danfoss Motor Technology Active Brake Flushing Basic Gearbox Performance Data Basic Motor Performance Data Model Torque Continuous Nm (lb-in) Torque Intermittent Nm (lb-in) Model Maximum Displacement (cc) Minimum Displacements (cc) Brake Rating (Nm) CT05 3107 (27,500) 5200 (46,000) CT05 43.5 28.1, 24, 17.3 310 min CT07 3843 (34,011) 6430 (56,900) CT07 53.8 35, 30, 23.4 400 min Gearbox ratio is 21.67:1 Radial Load Allowable: 19,200 lbs cont./28,800 intrmt.
