This year of 2017, marks the 100th
anniversary of the Mexican Magna Carta
promulgation which is still in force, and which
laid
the
foundations
for
Mexico’s
modernization, but together with social
measures contained herein, which were at the
time an example and model for other
constitutions in other parts of the world, it was
also the confirmation and continuation of
anti-Catholic measures that were already
contained in its predecessor, the 1857
constitution, which had already provoked a
civil war known as the Reform War
(1857-1861) that became an international
war of intervention by France and the United
States, since the European nation supported
the conservative nationalist side, while the
Masonry side headed by Juárez called for
support - nothing more and nothing less - to
the North American invader who had just
snatched away half of the Mexican territory in
1847, that nonconformist with agreeing with
who cut off the homeland, offered him
national sovereignty in exchange for his
support.

This order and balance was broken in 1910
with a new North American intervention
through anarchist parties of Flores Magon
brothers who received North American
support, training and money to destabilize
Diaz government and, on the other hand, and
complementing them, there was Francisco I
Madero, who was also a piece of the North
American chess to pull the government of
Porfirio Diaz down, and impose in Mexico an
anti-Catholic Masonic Jacobin regime that
would be submissive and obedient to North
American interests, which represented in
these items the opposite of what the
government of Diaz had been.
This war, which lasted from 1861 to 1867 and
was won by Juárez Masons thanks to the
diplomatic, military and material intervention
of the United States, laid the foundations for
liberal anti-Catholic Masons to consolidate in
power until they were defeated and restrained
during three decades by the government of
Porfirio Diaz, who was officially a liberal
Mason, but who in practice was tolerant and
had a good relationship with the Church and its
hierarchy.

With the Mexican Revolution outbreak, persecution against the Catholic Church and its
assets was again unleashed, in addition to launching a campaign against public religious cult
instigated from the United States, whose government knows and understands that the
greatest factor of identity and national cohesion is religion precisely, therefore, to achieve
Mexico’s dissolution as a country, its religious and spiritual essence has necessarily to be
attacked, and this was embodied in the Constitution of 1917.
This period was characterized by the
harshness of its persecution against the
Church. Carranza's troops multiplied temple
fires, thefts and rapes, abuses to priests and
religious women; when military leaders
remained as governors of the "liberated"
States, they dictated against the Church
tyrannical and absurd laws: as if there were no
Mass except on Sundays and under certain
conditions; that Masses of the deceased were
not celebrated; that water should not be kept
for baptisms in baptismal piles, but baptism
should be given with running water from the
keys; that the sacrament of penance should
not be administered but to the dying people,
and “then loudly and in front of a government
employee”.
For Constitutionalists everything that was
Catholic should be destroyed; for Catholics it
was clear that Carranza was an enemy of the
Church and of the Catholic religion. After three
years of fierce religious persecution, in
November of 1916, 118 deputies of the Union
Congress met in Querétaro to review the
Constitution of 1857. After passionate
debates and heated controversies, where
anticlerical and protestant Carrancists
remained in minority against Jacobins
supporters of Álvaro Obregón, they finally
agreed and on February 5, 1917 published a
document that was to come into effect on May
1: The Political Constitution of the Mexican
United States. Thus the anti-Christian and
Masonic orientation of the State took shape.

In Mexico for a long time the term-verb
"carrancear" was used as a synonym for
stealing, and a hooligan is a Carrancist. As a
good Mason, Carranza supported what was
dictated by the North American Mexican
lodges in relation to liberalism and attacking
the Catholic Church; constitutionalists took
possession of buildings and assets of the
Church, banishing bishops, imprisoned priests
and nuns, sacked convents, and ordered the
priest leaders to be shot.

It proclaimed the Church-State
separation, making it dependent on it: on one
hand it emphasized freedom of conscience,
and on the other it limited it. Articles framing it
were:
Article 3: It declares that education shall be
secular and prohibits any religion or minister
of worship from teaching or directing schools;
secular teaching.
Article 5: Religious vows, convents and
monastic orders were forbidden.
Article 24: It speaks of religious freedom; but
forbids any public manifestation of Faith;
suppression of external worship.
Article 27: All properties of the Church become
part of the State.
Article 130: No legal personality is recognized
to the Church; clergy control. This las article
deepens anticlerical sense of the Constitution,
pointing out the right of federal power to
intervene in matters of religious worship and
external discipline, in accordance with the
laws.

No person who was not Mexican by birth,
could exercise functions of minister of any
religious creed. It made it impossible for cult
ministers to vote as citizens and to be elected
as public officers. Worship ministers were
unable to inherit from other worship ministers
or special individuals.
In this way, exercise of the Catholic religion
became a crime in Mexico, and its believers
treated as delinquents. In a Mexico of fifteen
million inhabitants, 95% were Catholic. Its
constitution contained legal incapacities
against the Catholic Church, thus being clearly
defined the conscience conflict. The tactic was
clear: to enslave the Catholic Church or to end
it. Said constitution was imposed by the ruling
elite, since there was no ratification by the
people; the only thing that it did not prohibit is
the freedom to believe.
It determined the number of priests for each
State. Ministers of any religion were likewise
prohibited from criticizing laws or acts of the
governing authorities. Regarding sacraments,
to give an example, aural confession was
prohibited, and if it authorized it should be
performed in presence of a law enforcement
officer.

Persecution was intensified and
bishops did not cease in their demands of aid.
Episcopal Conference of the United States was
who fraternally helped the desperate Mexican
prelates at direct request of Pope Benedict XV,
who preoccupied by such tremendous events
that the Mexican church was suffering,
entrusted the noble task of helping the
Mexican Republic and, at the same time,
thanked so generous provision.
Said document was a transcript signed by
almost all bishops, approved by the apostolic
nuncio and by the Pope.
Part of this memorandum textually was:
“We do not intend to interfere in political matters. We
have the only motive to fulfill the duty imposed on us
by defense of the Church rights and of religious
freedom. In our character as heads of the Catholic
Church we protest against destructive constituent
tendency of religion, culture and traditions. We protest
against such attacks in decline of religious freedom
and of Church rights, and we declare that we will
ignore any act or statement contrary to these
declarations and protests”.
The prelates had protested by the Constitution
subjecting to the Supreme Pontiff's judgment
on such proceeding, HH Benedict XV
responded to the Episcopate dated June 15,
1917, to have done “a very adaptable thing to
the pastoral office, and most worthy of our
praise”. In addition to making clear their
paternal concern, promising their help to
relieve them. To this protest, archbishops and
bishops of the United States of America were
also added, through a document signed by
Cardinal Gibbons, Archbishop of Baltimore.
This open pronouncement against the
Republic Government caused repudiation of
Carrancists who were appeased. From then on
they did not cease to attack and to press the
clergy obtaining in July, 1918, Archbishop
Orozco and Jiménez to be expelled from the
country. As a result of this unjust act,
combative Jalisco Catholics led by Vicar
Manuel Alvarado mourned and carried out
encampments and protests; they made
rumors and carried out acts of boycott to
destabilize the country.
The Catholic Church publicly protested
against several articles of the
Constitution. The Archbishop of
Guadalajara, Mons. Francisco Orozco y
Jiménez circulated a memorandum
that he called: “Pastoral letter”, which
came to public light on June 24, 1917.
In the archives of the H. State Congress of
Jalisco, the report that General Manuel M.
Diéguez rendered before the XXVI Legislature
of that legislative body on February 1, 1919 is
preserved, which textually reads:
“The clergy, far from submitting to civil authority
mandates, it assumed a rebellious attitude. Catholic
hierarchs suspended masses and religious offices;
they made the faithful believe that the government
cut off worship freedom and moved against
parishioners from the pulpit, so that the people would
profess towards authorities, a fiery hatred that could
turn into armed rebellion”.

On Friday April 23, 1920, a group
of military men traitors to the
Republic Government, signed a
document known as the “Agua
Prieta Plan” through which they
disowned and dismissed the
President of the Republic, and
replacing him with General Adolfo
de la Huerta, whom they called:
“Supreme Chief of the Army and
Nation”.
Many others supported the struggle
of Catholic Mexico:
Latin American Episcopate from May 17 to
November 20, 1917 protested; bishops of
Panama, Trujillo; La Plata, Paraná, Santa Fe
(Argentina) dioceses made it; Loja, La Serena,
Granade, Managua, Cuenca, Tunja, Arassuahy,
Santiago of Cuba, Barquisimeto, San Salvador,
Santa Ana, Barbasto, Medellín, Florianópolis,
Ibagué, Puno, Campinas, Cartagena and
Guatemala. On December 9, 1918, French
Episcopate protested, and Spanish Episcopate
did the same on March 19, 1919.
Impassioning of Catholics who were already
ready for everything, since day after day they
lived a civil war that had familiarized them
with the use of guns, made the
constitutionalist government to understand
the reality of danger, of which it turned out
that General Venustiano Carranza undertook a
policy of reconciliation and rapprochement
with the Catholic Church. He became tolerant
and allowed Catholics to carry out a
multitudinous pilgrimage to commemorate
the coronation of Guadalupe Virgin, with all
sorts of facilities. Said massive act was carried
out on October 17, 1919. Carranza scheduled
his re-election counting with the Catholic
clergy.
However, and contrary to what was agreed in
Agua Prieta, General Adolfo de la Huerta
Marcos, as soon as he seized power, was
convinced that it was necessary to continue
with tolerance towards the Catholic clergy.
The Church took advantage of this
governmental facility to revitalize the National
Catholic Party to which a strong financial
contribution he injected, and made a national
convention on July 19, 1920, resulting in a
much stronger party that was renamed
"Republican National Party". In this convention
they hardly attacked the Constitution of 1917,
textually saying:
“The Constitution that currently governs us is in fact a
Constitution that almost in totality of its articles, and
in totality of its postulates, goes against the principles,
traditions, feelings and aspirations of the Mexican
people”.
Military men considered this situation as a
great mistake and took the determination to
eliminate General Carranza, encouraged by the
oil companies that were in the country, to
which excessive taxes to them he had applied,
in order they left national territory.
With the United States of America support,
General Álvaro Obregón Salido, launched his
candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic,
and emphatically triumphed in the elections
held on September 5, 1920.
Agua Prieta's pact of honor, Sonora
established very serious commitments. It was
signed by several generals, among them were:
Adolfo de la Huerta, Plutarco Elías Calles,
Pascual Ortiz Rubio and Lázaro Cárdenas del
Río.

On December 1, 1920, he began his
term and also concluded that he should be a
friend of the Catholic Church, to which he
restored all temples that had been closed
between 1914 and 1919.
On February 6, 1921, a bomb exploded at the
door of the Archbishop's Palace. The
government says that it is as a result of the
provocation that a pastoral letter issued
against Socialism was generated. In response,
young acejotaemeros ('Acejotaemero'= the
word comes from ACJM, acronym in Spanish of
the Mexican Youth Association, and it
represents the feeling of every member of it,
where King Christ and the Virgin of Guadalupe
express our ideals to forge and make a better
country) organized a permanent guard in the
place of the facts, and a protest manifestation,
on February 8, which ended in a fight between
Catholics and "socialists"; several participants
were imprisoned for three days. President
Obregón declared to that matter that: “if the
Church had been in agreement with the
Revolution, none of that would have happened”.
On October 25, 1924, he signed a presidential
decree that authorized permanence of a
representative of the Pope in the country;
nothing did, instead, to stop the anti-Catholic
escalation that his generals -true Jacobin
revolutionaries, old constituents and Masons,
anti-Catholic fans- carried out in the States.
However, the York rite Masons of the United
States managed to influence so that Obregón
stimulated anticlerical liberals in a hidden way,
in order they harassed the Church; thus it led
persecutor momentum of the Mexican
Constitution, with the cunning of not integrally
applying it.
For 1922, the ACJM had reached a high degree
of maturity and it was made up of young
people groups from all places and different
social strata. Some of its members began to
form resistance groups, such as the Popular
Union in Guadalajara. Known as the "U", it was
a secret society that had a hierarchy of chiefs:
of colony, sector, parish, city and region, under
Bishop Francisco Orozco y Jiménez direction,
archbishop of the Diocese; Anacleto González
Flores was appointed his representative.
It is an opportunity, he pointed out:
“The division that I have the pride to command has
crossed the Republic from one end to another amid
curses of friars and anathema of middle-class
persons. There is no greater glory for me: curse of
friars brings glorification”.
That persecution against the Church and its
faithful people began to be very subtly
evidenced, perhaps not in a manifest way,
since it wanted to preserve an image of
openness in the new governments that were
consolidating in Mexico, more than anything
facing the United States. However, protests
did not wait without response. The Apostolic
Delegate was able to realize this double game
of the president, reason why he decided to
oppose to the Government decisions through
the Republican National Party.

Other organizations sought greater
spaces, such as the Catholic Ladies and the
Knights of Columbus who, according to the
instructions of the Encyclical given by Leo XIII
on November 1, 1885, they were under the
jurisdiction of ecclesiastical hierarchy, each
regional union should have a priest as spiritual
director, approved by the bishop, condition
without which the Church did not take
responsibility or approve such organizations.
Obregon government could not afford to
openly face political clergy, so he decided to
resort to governors and generals, and their
unconditional servants, who unleashed an
anticlerical guerrilla. The case of José
Guadalupe Zuno Hernández is famous, who
while being governor of Jalisco state,
unleashed a brutal and unexpected
persecution against the Catholic Church, which
he attacked with a mad fury that denoted
fanaticism, intolerance and repression.
On February 11, 1923: Archbishop Ernesto
Filippi is expelled for his participation in the
blessing of the first stone to King Christ
monument in the Cubilete Mountain, in
Guanajuato, which had a participation of
50,000 people; it served as a pretext to
"enforce the Constitution".
M. Bishop Orozco y Jimenez opposed
to this persecutory and unjust action,
who with a deep episcopal vocation
fought with courage, creating a
historical conflict in the Church and
State that resulted in an armed
confrontation of national approach,
nominated The Christian Militant
War”.

On October 4, 1924, National Eucharistic
Congress was held, which causes sanctions to
several participants and dismissal of
government employees who attended.
General Álvaro Obregón Salido, decided to
concentrate the power in his person, applying
centralist measures of dictatorial type to
which the Catholic Church opposed in a radical
form.

At one hundred years after the anti-Catholicity in Mexico was unfairly legalized, Carranza and
Plutarco Elías Calles successors who now rule our country, that is, the heirs of the same Masonic
entourage that asked for help from the country which had stolen half of its territory in the middle
of the nineteenth century, now tries to give to those same interests what remains of value of
national wealth and sovereignty.
And then, as now, organized and conscientious Catholics is the role we play, who will tip the
balance by exercising legitimate peaceful self-defense through boycott, and other civil measures
that are ours - as in 1917 - to show the government that it cannot go in opposite direction of
what identity, tradition, history and essence of Mexico people is.
This January 2017, we have one of the worst starts of the year, and before us the scene is dark
and uncertain as we have rarely lived, and in the middle of this gloom is where Catholic light and
resurgence of groups such as the ACJM and the Catholic National Party can catalyze the
discontent and frustrated aspirations of the population, so be it for God and the Homeland.

One of the reasons that gave origin
and inspiration to the information work and
more than informative, consciousness-raising
of this Information and Strategic Intelligence
Newsletter (BIIE) is precisely what happened
throughout 1917 in a small town called
Fatima, Portugal.
These warnings were not consummated facts
as they could change depending on the
response of humanity before the warnings
made by the Blessed Virgin Mary. And they did
not have a fatal fixed deadline when they were
made, since the time factor of fulfillment
would precisely depend on whether the
recommendations that Virgin Mary brought in
person were obeyed.
At the time of the apparitions, the First World
War, known as the Great War, was at its peak,
and it precisely is at that moment that the
Virgin warned that it would end soon, but that
another one worse would come if the world
ignored her warnings of praying the Holy
Rosary, offer sacrifices, penances, and other
works and pious acts within the reach of all.

The Virgin Mary, who lived in Nazareth two
thousand years ago and passed into human
history because she was chosen by God to
beget the same Son of God made man, the
Mother of Jesus who was center and pillar of
primary Christian nucleus, and who at the end
of her life, she was taken to heaven in body
and soul, descended from it to the tree-tops at
Fatima, Portugal, from May 13 to October 13,
1917, to warn of terrible events that would
shake humanity throughout XX and XXI
Century, since the last part of her revelations
have not yet been fulfilled.

She also warned of the demonic
monster that would position itself on Russia
and all the evil that would arise from there,
and it would spread around the world with the
nominated communism; also warned that a
great shock for the Church would come, that
bishops would confront against bishops, and
cardinals against cardinals, and that a pope
would flee from Rome in the midst of corpses
of his brothers (bishops) who would be
martyred. None of this has been fully fulfilled,
but parts of this prophetic warning we have
clearly begun to live, since high pontiff
Argentine Jorge Mario Bergoglio assumed
office.
The Virgin gave signs and proofs that she
spoke with the authority that God had granted
her by prophesying a miracle in the sight of
thousands of pilgrims who went to Portugal to
see the Virgin, and yet, they could not see her
because this privilege is reserved for a select
few who fulfill with very specific spiritual
characteristics.
The apparitions of Fatima prepared us for
everything that the world would face in the
twentieth and twenty-first century, but few
were aware or knew the messages divided
into three, of which the strongest was the last
one, and it was reserved to be known only by
the Pope in turn, and the bishop of Fatima, and
be public in 1960, which precisely was the
time when the Second Vatican Council was
prepared, laying the foundations of
modernism, opening the door to aberrations
and heresies that the called Pope Francis does
and says each day.
This third secret, contravening express orders
of the Virgin Mary to be revealed to the world
in 1960, has remained hidden until now, being
narrowly known and in parts thanks to
“filtrations” and revelations or confidences of
few who have had access to it, in addition to
pontiffs.

In said secret, catastrophic situation
that the Church would face being
governed by a bad pastor, the crisis of
faith and terrible consequences that this
would bring to humanity as a
consequence.
The final Message of the Virgin of Fatima is,
as previously her other requests were, linked
to wonderful promises. It is an exceptional
grace offered by God to the twentieth and
twenty-first century, to meet your most
urgent needs. But again, it is necessary for
Church pastors to have sufficient faith and
docility before the designs of Heaven, in
order to be instruments of this outpouring of
grace that God desires to grant to the world
through the sweet mediation of His
Immaculate Mother.
The order or request to disclose the
Secret immediately after Sister
Lucy’s death or “no later than 1960”,
directly came from the Same Virgin
Mary and the seer affirmed so to an
express question of why it was
necessary to wait until 1960, she
responded in the presence of Bishop
da Silva: “Because the Blessed Virgin
wishes it so”.

On one hand, it is indeed true that we
have not yet reached the moment announced
at the secret conclusion. Why? Because Russia
has not yet been consecrated to the
Immaculate Heart of Mary, as it should be, and
as it will be someday. Sister Lucy clearly let us
know, that Russia has not yet been converted
and the world is not in peace. It is far from this
one! Therefore, we have not yet reached the
prophecy´s end.
On the other hand, events announced in the
Third Secret not only concern our future,
because we have a manifestation that |gives
us: 1960. The Virgin had requested that the
Secret should be made public in 1960, because
Lucy told Cardinal Ottaviani: "In 1960, the
Message will be clearer." Now, the only reason
that could make a prophecy clearer from a
certain date is, undoubtedly, that it begins to
be fulfilled. And we have other statements of
Lucy, in which she says that “punishments
predicted by Our Lady in the Third Secret have
already begun".
FALSE SECRETS AND FALSE
HYPOTHESES
Based on this information in which
you can trust, a whole series of false secrets
can be dismissed that have been successively
published over 25 years. The most famous of
them, the “Secret” circulated in 1963 by the
German magazine Neues Europa, and which
has been endlessly reproduced in countless
magazines, is false.
Once the starting point and end point of the
prophecy have been determined, we can be
sure that we are currently in the period of
which she speaks. So we live the Third Secret.
We are witnessing the events that the latter
announces.

This text contains several monstrous errors,
which is sufficient proof of its falsity.
Moreover, even though we are told that it is a
matter of simple "quotations" of the real
Secret, these "quotations" are already at least
four times longer, to fit on the sheet of paper
in which Lucy wrote all the Third Secret down,
so that it could hardly fit to the dimensions of
the authentic document.

A number of false hypotheses can
also be ruled out. Certainly, it is not a matter of
simple “invitation to prayer and penance”, as
Father Caprile dares to say! Virgin Mary would
not have asked Lucy to wait until 1944 or
1960 to spread a message that Her public
Message of October 13, 1917, she would
repeat word for word!
Nor would explain this the extreme difficulty
that Sister Lucy had, from October 1943 to
January 2017, 1944, to write 25 lines of the
Secret. If it only were a call to prayer and
penance, it would not have had such difficulty.
Nor is it a happiness-related question: The
Third Secret of Fatima certainly does not agree
with the optimistic views of Pope John XXIII,
which proclaim that the Council would be “a
new Pentecost", "a new spring for the Church!” If
this were the case, he or his successors would
have revealed it to us. “If pleasant”, Cardinal
Cerejeira justifiably said: “They would have let
us know. As we have not been told anything, the
fact is that it is sad.” Yes, obviously it is serious
and tragic.
To presage material punishments, new wars
and persecutions against the Church,
constitutes specific content of the Second
Secret: “The good will be martyred, the Holy
Father will greatly suffer, and several nations will
be annihilated”. “The Blessed Virgin has told us”,
Sister Lucy confessed to Father Fuentes: "that
many nations will disappear from the face of the
earth, that Russia will be the instrument of
punishment chosen by heaven to punish the
whole world (for its crimes), if we do not obtain in
advance the conversion of that poor nation”. That
is why there is fear, because the word
"annihilated" must be literally taken in its
obvious sense: annihilated, totally destroyed.
Unlikely in 1917, however, this tragic threat is
very real for us today, in the Nuclear Age.
Neither is it the proclamation of the end of the
world, for the prophecy of Fatima ends with a
wonderful and unconditional promise to be
preached during and out of season, because it
is a source of unshakable hope.

Therefore, it is clear that: all material
punishments that still threaten us, even the
most fearsome, such as nuclear war, or the
spread of Communism all over the planet,
were foreshadowed by Our Lady in her Second
Secret, and we also know the supernatural
means to prevent them before it is too late.
According to Father Alonso, we can be certain
that
nothing
about
these
material
punishments is repeated in the third part of
the Secret.

And although the Secret is composed
of three interrelated parts, they are different
from each other, and since their respective
disclosure dates, fixed by Heaven, were not
the same, we can be sure that the third part of
the Secret will not repeat the same thing of
the second in space of a few lines.
It is the awful crisis within the Church.
It is the loss of faith to what the
Immaculate Virgin predicted, precisely
for our age, if her petitions are not met
in full, and this drama is what we have
been witnessing since 1960.
The Third Secret strongly insists on the
enormous responsibility that consecrated
souls have, priests, even bishops themselves,
in this unprecedented crisis of faith that has
struck the Church for nearly 60 years. It is,
therefore, entirely probable that the text of the
Third Secret makes concrete allusions to the
crisis of faith within the Church, and to the
pastors' negligence themselves.
In the third secret speaks also of internal
battles in the very heart of the Church, and the
serious pastoral negligence of the high
hierarchy, deficiencies of higher hierarchy of
the Church and that is exactly what we have
witnessed during almost four years of
unfortunate pontificate of Bergoglio.
Sister Lucy repeated a theme of the Third
Secret in some of her words and letters where
she emphasized the unleashing of the devil in
our time. As early as 1957, the Sister confided
to Father Fuentes:
The Virgin Mary revealed to Sister Lucy that
evil is not only found in our declining world,
immersed in the darkness of error, immorality
and pride, but that evil is also found in the
Church itself, where the demon has his
followers and his supporters who are always
constantly advancing with intrepid audacity.
Before them, there are many timid people who
do not have the courage to resist him. And
Sister Lucy is not afraid to say that among
such people there are several bishops.
Moreover, this is not only a matter of
lukewarmness or pastoral negligence. Sister
Lucy clearly states that it is the faith itself that
is being attacked. She speaks of false
doctrines and devilish confusion, of blindness,
and this precisely among those who have a
great responsibility within the Church. Sister
Lucy deplores the fact that so many pastors
permit domination of the diabolical wave that
is invading the world.
But Sister Lucy insists, the Virgin
knew that these times of diabolical
disorientation would come. All these words of
the seer and many others that we could cite,
are perfectly explained and acquire a great
prominence if we take into account that on July
13, 1917, in Her Third Secret, the Virgin
specifically
predicted
this
diabolical
disorientation that will suddenly invade the
Church, in case Her requests were not obeyed.
“The Blessed Virgin has told me that the devil is about
to undertake a decisive battle against the Virgin ... and
that this one knows what is most offensive to God,
and what allows him to gain more souls in the
shortest time. The devil does everything possible to
win souls consecrated to God, because in this way, he
will succeed in leaving the souls of the faithful
abandoned by their leaders, which will make their
capture easier”.

SCRIPTURE
About the content of the Third
Secret, to a person who was interrogating her
one day Sister Lucy replied: “It is in the Gospel,
and in the Apocalypse, read them”. The Sister has
also entrusted to Father Fuentes that the
Virgin Mary had made it clear to her that "We
are in the last times of the world." This does not
mean time of the end of the world and the final
judgment, for the triumph of the Immaculate
Heart of Mary must come first. The same
Cardinal Ratzinger, discreetly alluding to the
content of the Fatima's Secret, had mentioned
three important elements: “Dangers that
threaten faith, importance of the last times and
the fact that the prophecies contained in this
Third Secret correspond to what has been
announced in the Scripture”. We even know that
one day Lucy indicated Chapters 8 and 13 of
the Apocalypse.
In great teachings, so ignored today, of Our
Lord, St. Paul and St. John, difficulties, heresy
and finally the great apostasy are announced
that will arise in the Church in recent times,
and which in fact, already arose and was
installed on the throne of Peter with Bergoglio.
If we compare this with the Scripture
prophecies -particularly those of the
Apocalypse- and the great prophecy of the
Virgin of Fatima in the dawn of our Century,
they show in fact, many quite surprising
parallels. What is a fact indeed outside all
speculation is that as long as the Secret is not
revealed, world peace will continue to be
tragically threatened.

For the sake of souls. Contrary to the so often
repeated falsity, THE SECRET IS NOT ONLY
DIRECTED TO THE HOLY FATHER. Like the
other two who preceded him, the third secret
is intended for all the faithful. As children of
the Church, we are all children of Mary. We all
have the right to know the beneficent warning
that Our Heavenly Mother directs us at this
very dangerous hour, to help us -to ourselves,
to our children, to all our loved ones- to keep
intact and alive in our hearts, the true Catholic
faith received from our ancestors.
“THE SECRET IS NOT
ONLY DIRECTED TO THE
HOLY FATHER”
Until the Immaculate Heart of Mary is not
consecrated, in the way God asks, Russia will
not be converted. And as long as it is not
converted, freed from its atheist and
persecutor Bolshevism and from the clutches
of satanic forces that enslave it, the risk of a
nuclear apocalypse will remain a terrible
threat to the world.
It has been God's wish that the peace of the
world depend, in our century, on the fervent
filial obedience of the Pope and the bishops to
the commands of His Blessed Mother, whose
apparition took place at Fatima. Now, this act
of faith, of trustful docility towards the
Immaculate Mediator, through which our
pastors will carry out the consecration of
Russia, also implies first of all the acceptance
and public revelation of the Secret.

This is a lesson from history: Since
1960, deliberate and contemptuous cover-up
of the Secret of Our Lady has been precisely
accompanied by the tenacious refusal to
exactly carry out Her other requests. On the
other hand, the Third Secret publication will be
clear symbol that the Church has officially
recognized the Divine authenticity and the
importance of Fatima’s Message in its entirety.
One of the greatest obstacles to the
consecration of Russia must be put aside!
Given that the Church is undoubtedly going
through the most serious crisis in its history,
that heresies of all kinds are being taught and
propagated,

God's
people
everywhere, since their "self-destruction"
continues ceaselessly since 1960, and that its
“self-destruction” continues unceasingly since
1960, and that the "smoke of satan" has been
introduced into the holy place, to use some of
the expressions of Paul VI, it would be a real
pity and certainly even a crime that we
continue to neglect, ignoring and despising the
profitable words of the Virgin Mary – precisely
concerning this “crisis of faith” we are going
through.
Because the Queen of Heaven foretold the
danger, at least since 1917, and because She
had certainly indicated the real causes of it,
and still more, because She had proposed
effective remedies, is it not a terrible pity that
these remedies whose purpose was to make
themselves publicly known in 1960, have not
yet been revealed to us? Is it not scandalous
that for 25 years millions of souls have been
suffering in the midst of this "diabolical
disorientation", and that they have undergone
risk of losing eternally without the shepherds
of the Church have deigned to accept the
extraordinary help that Heaven is offering
them?

WE MUST ASK IT TO THE POPE
There are so many reasons now that it
becomes a duty for us to ask and demand the
Pope to discover the Secret of Fatima: It is for
the honor of Our Mother, for the salvation of
our brothers, for the peace of the world, for
the renewal of Church.
And if the Pope cannot yet take the decision to
make the Final Secret of Our Lady public,
through the exercise of his personal authority,
could he not at least give complete freedom to
the Holy See Prefect or the Bishop of Leiria, to
obey the express mandate of Our Lady, that
the Secret be made known to the faithful?

Because it is a surprising fact that for more
than 50 years the Secret of Fatima, and only
this Secret, is in some way at the Index, that is,
as prohibited books were during the Middle
Ages, the heretical books or that committed an
outrage against Faith.

On November 15, 1966, Paul VI revoked
articles 1399 and 2318 of the Canon Law
Code, which prohibited publication of books
and pamphlets that propagated new
apparitions, revelations, or prophecies without
authorization, not yet approved by the Church.
So since 1966, anyone can publish and spread
among the Christian people the most fantastic
revelations. Any deception and witchcraft;
nothing is forbidden anymore. Everything is
authorized to be published and “the prince of
lies” cleverly takes advantage of this license to
multiply throughout the world false
appearances and fraudulent messages, which
freely spread everywhere, and lead a
countless number of the faithful astray. Only
that Message, the Secret of Fatima that surely
and unquestionably comes from God, is the
only Message whose publication is
scandalously prohibited.

Certainly we well know that judging "private
revelations" is something that concerns the
Hierarchy. In 1960 it was evident that the
Church had already officially recognized the
Divine authenticity of the apparitions of
Fatima, proved, in addition, more solidly than
any other apparition by unquestionable
prophecies and dazzling miracles. According to
the Blessed Virgin order that was transmitted
through Sister Lucy, the two prelates in
charge, the Bishop of Leiria and the Patriarch
of Lisbon, had publicly assumed the
commitment to disclose their full content no
later than 1960. For more than 15 years, no
authoritative statement had been given to
refute these repeated promises throughout
the world by Cardinals, Bishops and experts on
Fatima.

Revelation of the first two Secrets in
1942 under the consent of Pope Pius XII also
established a precedent. It is thus that the
faithful had the right to expect from the
supreme authority this promised revelation.
They had at least the right to an exact and
direct explanation by the Pope.
February 8, 1960 it was suddenly
known by means of a simple press
release that the Third Secret of Fatima
would not be revealed. It was an
anonymous decision that is, by its very
nature, totally irresponsible. What were
the reasons that motivated her?
The Vatican press release had only offered
inconsistent, even contradictory apologies.
The anonymous press release even ended in
treason:
“Although the Church recognizes the apparitions of
Fatima, she does not have the desire to assume
responsibility of guaranteeing veracity of the words
that the three little shepherds said the Virgin Mary had
directed to them”.
It is thus that, apparently, the Vatican not only
assumed the unsustainable position of Father
Dhanis as his own, but that said press release
went even further. Publicly and without any
valid reason, it put in the most ignominious
suspicion credibility of Sister Lucy and the
Message of Fatima in its entirety!
After re-reading and analyzing this regrettable
press release of February 8, 1960, or even
more, by studying the miserable article
published in June by Father Caprile in Civilta
Cattolica (Catholic Civilization magazine), one
sees massive examples of incoherence,
inaccuracies and falsehoods pronounced by
responsible authorities in the same Rome,
about Fatima's subject. This tells us how
unjustified and unjustifiable the decision is of
not attending the expressed will of the
Immaculate Virgin, Queen of the Apostles,
who demanded that Her Secret should be
revealed no later than 1960.
IT IS ALSO TRUE THAT IMMENSE
DAMAGE WAS CAUSED TO FATIMA’S
CAUSE.
It can be said that it was from the
date that the "Secret of Mary" was publicly
ignored that devotion to the Blessed Virgin
began to decrease perceptibly, and then
alarmingly within the very heart of the Catholic
Church. More than ever, Sister Lucy's words
can be applied: “The Blessed Virgin is very sad,
because nobody pays attention to Her Message”.
According to Archbishop Capovilla, several
Roman Prelates had been consulted. But what
is certain is that Portuguese authorities in
charge were odiously ignored. Neither Bishop
Venancio nor Cardinal Cerejeira had been
consulted or notified by Rome.

And this mistake, we should dare to
say it, would have incalculable consequences.
Because ignoring the prophecies and requests
of Fatima, it was the Virgin Mary, it was God
himself who was ignored, who was ridiculed in
front of the world. Conditional punishment
announced through maternal warning of the
Immaculate was then to be carried out
tragically and inevitably.
With her three Secrets, the Blessed Virgin
reveals in fact Her triple power and Her triple
mission, which were entrusted to her by God.
God wishes to manifest in the most surprising
way in our century, this mission of Our Lady. It
is through Her, through hell’s vision and
revelation of Her Immaculate Heart, the first
terrible and wonderful Secret, that He desires
to convert souls, to all souls, and to save them,
for She is the “Merciful Mother” and the “Door of
Heaven”. It is through Her - mandates,
promises, threats in His Second Secret, which
He has been seeking to save Christendom, to
save us from horrible wars and Communism
slavery! Because He has established Her as
the "Queen of Peace". Moreover, it is through
Her, through the prophecy of His Third Secret,
that He desires to conquer today that
"diabolical wave" that hangs over the Church,
impiety that has taken hold, even in the
Sanctuary, and all dark forces that have spread
and have fostered modern apostasy, for She is
the "Defender of the True Faith" and only She
has received from His Son the power to
conquer all heresies in the whole world.

Mediator who reveals us Her great Secret, is
also firm foundation for our invincible hope.
Yes, we can be sure of this when Her Secret is
finally fully revealed and recognized as
authentic, when Russia is finally solemnly
consecrated to Her, and when expiatory
devotion of the First Sabbath of the month is
officially approved, the faithful and powerful
Virgin will perform her wonderful promises.
Filled with joy, we will witness then Her
Immaculate Heart triumph, which will prepare
the universal kingdom of the Sacred Heart of
Jesus. Russia, liberated from its demons
through a remarkable miracle of conversion,
will return to the Roman unity sheepfold. A
period of peace will be given to the world. The
Catholic faith will be preached in all nations.
And countless souls will go with joy to the
Fountains of Salvation in the One Catholic,
Apostolic and Roman Church of Christ, led by a
single Shepherd!
Yes, this hour will come, but we ourselves
must hasten it by carrying out all requests of
Our Lady with love, from now on.
Because She needs us. “Modern Times”,
Maximilian Kolbe used to say:
“They are dominated by satan and they will be even
more in the future ... Only the Immaculate One has
received from God the promise of victory over satan,
but being in the glory of Heaven, She needs us today
to work together with Her. The Virgin seeks souls who
are entirely consecrated to Her, which in Her hands
become a force to conquer satan, and who under Her
guidance become effective means to establish the
Kingdom of God”.

The New World Order architects have focused their interests to three countries which
they consider to be key for achieving their goals: England, United States and Russia.
The three countries have global weight and what happens in them affects, benefits or
harms the rest of the world.
For these planners of world domination, the
main obstacle to carry out their projects is
religion, which is the conscience containment
barrier, and the most sublime aspect with
which human beings have to establish direct
bonds with their Creator.
But not any religion fulfills these aims, which
we specifically refer to is the Christian religion

postulates, Christian religion clashed frontally

to justify his divorce from Catherine of Aragon,
his legitimate wife and to be able to marry
adulterously with Anne Boleyn, for which he
invented a religion by way and subject to the
English crown, this new heretical church
adopted
the
Protestant
postulates
promulgated by Luther to whom Henry VIII, in
a first instance, before breaking with Rome,
frontally fought.

For this corrupted origin that costed his life to
martyr of the marriage Saint Thomas Moro,
the Anglican church has adopted all the vices
and deviations of Protestantism and
Puritanism, what took them to be a society in
which concepts of equality, charity, service and
humility - which are the pillars of the Christian
legacy - were thrown into the garbage basket
to establish as an empire that equally
trafficked with slaves, promoted free trade,
usury, racism, pillage, war or piracy.
So in England, religion was not an obstacle it
rather was a facilitator of these plans, just as
in the United States that is a remedy of

being plagued by Protestant sects, and being
these just like in England, a facilitator for

But there is an idea that underlies in
this political and religious practice in both
countries, and it is particularly important to
emphasize that this idea passed from the Jews
to England and from it to the United States:
the extremely pernicious conception of
"manifest destiny" in which Israel, England and
the United States are considered nations or
people of exception in which destiny of
humanity rests, and that they have the "divine
mandate" to guide the world destinies
imposing their interests and criteria, it is clear.
Something unacceptable from the Christian
and Catholic point of view that advocates
equality and universality in which all human
beings, being created in the image and
likeness of God, we have the same capacities,
and we must help each other; and the idea
that some are to serve and others to be
served. This arrogant conception of
themselves was blatantly refuted by the
Russian President Vladimir Putin at the height
of the Syrian crisis in 2013.
This idea of supremacy and
exceptionality was acquired by
Anglo-Americans because of Jewish
immigrations to their territories, and
much of their imperialist thinking obeys
to the influence of these. Jews also
arrived in great numbers to Russia, but
they were never well seen or welcomed
there, since in Russia, situation is
different.
With a tradition of centuries in which the
Orthodox Christian religion has deep roots and
that has shaped the thinking and feeling of
Russian people, the idea of domination,
exploitation, usury, and all social and economic
vices that contaminated societies and
Anglo-American thought, they were unknown
for the Russian people, whose isolation from
the rest of Europe led it to prolong an
economic model of feudal life until the early

main objective of the offensive to control
power in Russia, but along with religion was
the ruling family, tsars that were bastions of
orthodox religion and along with it, they
governed and gave unity to all immense
empire territory.

In Russia, there is also a conception of
universality in which the nation sees itself as
responsible for a special mission although not
inspired by ideas of exceptionalism but for its
immense territory, and the multitude of
neighbors with whom it has had to live and
share border is what has placed them as a
worldwide reference point.
Jews arrived to what former Soviet Union was
in the seventh century, and mainly settled in
what is Poland and Ukraine now. Jewish
population of those zones grew after being
massively expelled from European countries
and moved to Russian territory after the first
Poland partition in 1772. Poles accused Jews
to be the cause of their division, since in the
last years Jewish population had grown up to
20%, and controlled 75% of exports.
But what had become a refuge until then,
during the nineteenth and twentieth
centuries, became once again a nightmare.

The Jewish Encyclopedia says that the first
pogrom –multitudinous lynching– against Jews
took place in 1859 in Odessa, Ukraine,
precisely because Russians blamed part of the
defeat of the Crimean War to the dirty games
made by the Russian Jews in favor of England
and its interests. After that date, the
relationship between Russian Jews and Tsarist
Russia deteriorated, which accelerated Zionist
plans to overthrow the government of tsars
and seize power. After their expulsion from
Poland, Jews moved to Russian territory, but
they lived apart, according to their own
political organization (the Kahal), which later
converted or adopted as soviets during the
revolution of 1917, and under the ideology and
morality that Talmud marks. This caused that
in 1844, Czar Nicholas I initiated a program of
reforms to integrate them in Russian society.
As first objective, they launched against
religion trying to make society atheist, that is,
to wrest Christian and religious roots of
Russian people and with these, hope and
goodness. They also generated a state of
terror in which citizens lost their liberties and
rights, as well as their dignity as human beings
to become pieces of a state machinery. And of
course, the most important social institution
was bombarded: the family, being bastion of
faith, religion and morality.
Among these measures, the Kahal was
banned, which raised indignation among
Jewish people. In 1881, several Jews were
accused of Tsar Alexander II assassination in
St. Petersburg, sparking a wave of anti-Jewish
attacks between 1881 and 1917 by the
Christian population. This confrontation
between the government and the Russian
people, on the one hand against Jewish
interests in Russia, had its break point in 1917
with the revolution outbreak that was a Zionist
clamp against Russia.
On one hand, it was instigated, commanded
and planned by Jewish leaders such as Leon
Trotsky and Lenin, and based on the ideology
of another Jew, Marx. The clamp was closed on
the other side of the Atlantic as it is well
documented that, for example, the leading
Jewish American banker Jacob Schiff, owner of
Khun, Loeb & Co., financed with millions of
dollars the Bolshevik revolutionaries, whose
purpose with revolution was to use Russia as a
model and laboratory of the worldwide
domination plan that they wanted to spread
everywhere.

The Jewish Encyclopedia says that
the first pogrom –multitudinous

At the revolution triumph, Jews were held in high esteem by Lenin.
But not in the time of Stalin, since he was annoyed by the sympathy of a large number of Russian
Jews for Israel more than "for his homeland", and he suspected of their alliances with the Jews of
the United States, among other disaffections. Despite this, for many years, many Jews held
relevant positions in the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), which guaranteed the
brutality of methods carried out in Soviet territory.

Along seven decades that Soviet age lasted, the greatest number of human rights
violations in history and an endless number of calamities were committed that
effectively, as the Virgin Mary warned at Fatima, was spread throughout the world
and it was precisely that so-opposed ideology to the same nature of human beings,
which guaranteed failure of the Soviet communist system.
At the other extreme, it is also Western financial economic system that exploits human beings for
the sake of profit without generating a true wealth in the physical terrain, so it is also condemned
to failure since it is based on quicksand. But in Fatima there were not only negative prophecies; it
also left a sign of hope, Jesus Mother, promising that at the end of all this terrible period, Russia
would convert (it would return to its faith of Christian root) and it seems that the prophecy began
to fulfill since 2000 year with the first government period of current president Vladimir Putin as
we have widely documented in several editions of this Newsletter.

It seems that this return to
Christianity, to its roots and what it can mean
for the rest of the world, is what demons of
hatred over Russia have unleashed and
besides that, mistakes that from Russia have
spread throughout the world, as the Virgin
Mary warned in Fatima, now they turn against
Russia itself, since those errors of which the
Virgin speaks, are communism as social
system that has created all the most perverse
social engineering as gender ideologist, radical
feminism, defense and promotion of abortion,
and all kinds of ideas that are designed solely
and exclusively to destroy society from its
basic cell: the family.
Events and changes of political and social
direction of the Russian government of 180
degrees with respect to communism might
not be understood, without taking into
account that there is a divine intervention in
Russia where apparently the promise made at
Fatima 100 years ago is being fulfilled.
President Putin of Russia has had to deal with
and combat all this anti-Christian and anti-life
ideology and to common sense that emerged
from Russia and was spread throughout the
world, and now turns against his own nation.
Russia is the only country who has practically
dared and confront and combat this diabolical
ideology. No doubt president Putin is
constantly turning to rear view of Russia’s
recent history and goes in the opposite
direction knowing and having lived in his own
flesh errors scattered throughout the world of
which the Virgin Mary warned.
Putin has publicly shown himself as a fervent
Marian, as he demonstrated at the 2013
Christmas party in which he devoutly attended
the Orthodox celebration and he kissed
tenderly the most sacred icon in Russia at the
end, which according to tradition, is a painted
image on a wooden board that belonged to the
table made by Saint Joseph, and which was in
the house of Nazareth where the Holy Family
lived. This painting was painted by the same
Saint Luke, the evangelist who, in addition to
be writer and doctor, he was a painter and
portrayed the Virgin Mary next to baby Jesus
and once the picture was finished, the legend
says, the Virgin Mary looked at it, smiled and
blessed him.

In the centenary of these tragic events that
have brought so much pain to Russia for a
century, and that have done so much damage
to the world, it is time to put Russia's
consecration on the table. During the
meetings of the Russian president with
Francis in the Vatican it has been leaked that
president Putin has requested the
consecration to Bergoglio and he has flatly
refused to this request, and even to speak with
the Russian president on the Fatima affair.

If this is not the fulfillment of Fatima's prophecies then, which are they?
Perhaps the only Russian leader who would dare to promote the consecration of his country in
hands of the Roman pontiff would be Vladimir Putin. Nevertheless, the Argentinian who currently
occupies the See of Peter, is contrary to this idea, but let us not forget that Providence has even
preserved us to Pope Benedict XVI. If Francis is not the right person to consecrate Russia, as
indeed he is not, Benedict XVI would be the one who could and should carry it out and more if he
has the approval and desire of Russia’s president. And so, after 100 years finally, the request of
the Lady of the sky would be paid attention.
