The meeting place is Limestone Park, Griffith Road, Ipswich,
(next to the helipad & wind sock). The meeting time varies
throughout the year. These will be advised at the time of
booking and by a confirmation letter.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Passenger and staff safety is our first concern and
priority. Floating Images reserves the right to cancel
a flight, if weather conditions are unsuitable to fly
on the day. You may simply choose to reschedule
for another day or refer to Floating
Images’ Terms & Conditions at
www.floatingimages.com.au concerning
cancellations, gift vouchers, packages,
refunds and “No Show Policy”.
Passengers cannot change their
confirmed booking date, 14 days prior to
the flight. If so cancellation policy and fees
will apply accordingly. Gift Certificates
are not redeemable for cash. For any
outstanding balances, payment preferred
7 days prior to scheduled flight date.
You will forfeit the entire cost of the flight
if you do not show up for your flight.

A holding deposit or full payment, at least 14 days before
your flight will secure your booking. Payment methods can
be cash, direct deposit, cheque or a valid credit card.
NB: Weight is an important factor in ballooning. Please advise
the booking office your actual weight, surcharges may apply.
Due to safety reasons we do not fly pregnant women and
children under 6 years old.

the ultimate experience
The actual flying time is approximately one hour. The
balloon program includes, the inflation, the flight, in flight
commentary, deflation, a restaurant champagne breakfast
& flight certificate presentation. Please allow 3 to 4 hours.
WHAT TO BRING & WEAR
flying high
We recommend comfortable layers of outdoor clothing to
match the season, a hat and sturdy shoes for the morning
dew. NB: No open foot wear or high heels are permitted.
Please don’t forget to bring a camera / video to capture this
wonderful experience (these items are your responsibility
at all times). Bring plenty of film and charged batteries.

experience in Australia, Europe and Canada. Graeme has
been employed by various balloon companies across the
globe, gaining valuable ballooning and business experience.

Ipswich, Flinders Peak, Mount Walker, the Great Dividing
& McPherson ranges, Mount Tamborine, Moreton Bay,
the skyline of Brisbane, Mount Coot-tha, D’Aguilar range,
Wivenhoe Dam, the Brisbane, Fassifern & Lockyer Valleys,
the Brisbane & Bremer Rivers.
