We are looking for an enthusiastic full time, preferably resident, caretaker to work on the Guisborough
campus who will be responsible for general maintenance, security and helping with student
supervision.
The post is an integral part of an Estates team and the applicant needs to have a practical nature with
basic ‘handyman’ skills, needs to work flexible (sometimes unsocial) hours under their own initiative
without supervision and preferably have experience of working in an educational environment.
In addition to the 37 hours a week, you would be expected to work an additional 175 hours across the
