Winter 2017 National Letter of Intent
Scott Gustafson
Scott is the son of Brian and Jana from Victoria. Scott will be attending Bemidji
State University next fall and is excited to be a member of the Beavers Football
team! His future career plans are to work in Law Enforcement. Scott’s favorite
meal is Qdoba steak burrito with extra queso. Favorite teacher – Zanner Rowe,
because she’s always super pumped to teach and can answer any question
about anything. Three words that best describe Scott, “Dedicated, Competitive,
and Chill!” The most inspirational person in Scott’s life is his parents. Scott’s favorite
quote, “Heavy weights, ok?” – Omang. His favorite high school memory was
kickoffs on Friday nights in the fall. Good luck Scott, Go Beavers!
Sam Roble
Steve and Amy are the proud parents of Sam from Carver. Sam is taking his
talents to Augustana University next fall to play Football for the Vikings! Sam’s
favorite meal is any meat product, especially beef, favorite is tacos or garlic
steak at Fogo de Chao! His favorite high school memory was knocking skulls with
his brothers on Friday nights. The most inspirational person in Sam’s life is Joey
Zorn, he taught me the game of Football and how to be a great man! Sam
plans to study Elementary Education and is interested in the potential to coach.
Three words that best describe Sam, “Big, Loud, and Charming!” Favorite
teacher – Mrs. Martin, she is down to earth and hilarious. Sam’s favorite quote,
“Your smile is stupid and you’re stupid” – Coach Tofteland, when I wouldn’t stop
smiling at him during practice. Good luck Sam, Go Vikings!

Alex Spillum
Alex is the son of Wendy and Dan from Chanhassen. Next fall he will be attending
Coastal Carolina University and playing Football for the Chanticleers! Alex’s favorite
high school memory was the 4 overtime win against Jefferson on October 2nd of
2015! Favorite Teacher – Mr. Mattson, because he’s cool and chill most of the time.
Alex’s favorite meal is Buffalo Wild Wings! Three words that best describe Alex,
“Competitive, Athletic, and Honest!” Alex’s favorite quote, “Don’t look back, you’ll
only find someone catching you.” Good luck Alex, Go Chanticleers!
Keagan Williams
Anthony and Barb are the proud parents of Keagan from Victoria. Keagan is
taking his talents to University of Minnesota – Crookston next fall to play Football
for the Golden Eagles! Keagan’s favorite meal is a burrito from Chipotle. His
favorite high school memory was going undefeated in high school Football in
the regular season and claiming the JUG back from Chaska! The most
inspirational person in Keagan’s life is his Grandpa, he’s a fighter and a worker
and I want to be the leader he is someday. Keagan is undecided on his future
plans, but would like to go to the NFL, own his own record label and be a
millionaire. Three words that best describe Keagan, “Outgoing, Athletic, and
Creative!” Favorite Teacher – Mrs. Small from middle school, she was the nicest
and most easy going teacher I’ve had. Keagan’s favorite quote, “Float like a
Butterfly, sting like a Bee.” Good luck Keagan, Go Golden Eagles!
