BOOKING YOUR PARTY
*Choose you party carefully to ensure your party needs are met, if you need help please ask one of our friendly staff
*Tentative bookings can be made BUT are only confirmed once the COMPLETED form is returned with a minimum DEPOSIT of $100.
This deposit is Non-Refundable (Payment methods are direct deposit, Credit Card by phone or at KJS counter)
*CHANGES can be made to your booking up to Wednesday prior to your party date
*ADDITIONAL CHILDREN can be added to your party at ANY TIME BEFORE the party BUT will NOT be taken off the booking after the Wednesday deadline.
*ADDITIONAL PLATTERS Kids/Adult should be ordered at time of booking but CAN be added later, the earlier they are organised the more successful the event will be.
*We will NOT accept orders for ADDITIONAL PLATTERS on the day however you can purchase additional food from the Café menu.
*You have booked your VIP party space for 1.5hours – at the end of your booking you will be moved to a reserved seating area and are welcome to stay longer.
*Tag & Play parties we recommend you invite your guests for a minimum of 2 hours to allow time for all activities
ON ARRIVAL …….
*Confirm expected numbers with reception particularly if you need to add extra children.
*If your party has LASER TAG your guests over 6 years will receive wrist bands before your first game
*Reception/Café staff can Store your cake and will bring it to your party space 1 hour into your party
*Reception staff will show you your PARTY SPACE
*PARTY FOOD will be delivered to your Party Space 15-30minutes after your party start time
*IF you have LASER TAG your games will start 15-45minutes into your party
*IF you have MASCOT(S) they will arrive at your party 1hr in at cake time, the mascot will pose for photos and cuddles for 15min then depart.
*IF you have included the WILDLIFE EXPERIENCE they will arrive at your party at ½ past start time, the ranger will talk to the guests about the animals and have photos
