Want to try a new class but have some unanswered question? The Intro Group Fitness series (Bodypump, Cycling, Barre, RIPPED, & Insanity) allows you to learn about specific
classes before showing up to you first one! The first half of each intro class teaches you the technique, equipment, and activity you will do for that class format. The second half
will be a mini version of an actual class so you can experience wht the exercises will be like. These Intro classes will prepare you to walk into your next group fitness class with
confidence! Each format offered three to four times a year & no sign up necessary.
MixxedFit

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as
explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best with songs on the radio that we would dance to at a nightclub. The choreography is not
complex and difficult. The steps are repetitive and very easy to follow which means that you can naturally increase your level of intensity during your workout. By keeping the
choreography simple participants can focus on “working out” rather than following dance steps. If you can do things like squats, jumping jacks, and shake that booty, you will
have a blast in class.

Fitkidz is a youth fitness class for ages 8 to 14 years that focuses on form and body awareness, safe muscle toning, cardio and flexibility. We use the gym, the bridge, the track,

In Gold N Tone have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. fat. There is no part of your body that doesn’t get worked. Class is suitable for beginner to advanced, as various intensities will be demonstrated.

This class is intended for road bikers and triathletes using candence ladders to keep their endurance and fitness levels they built during the summer throughout the winter. Most
of the ride will be in the seated position for the exception of a few uphill bursts of power int eh mountain position. Overall, trying to simulate an outdoor ride as closely as possible

Open to all levels of practice and abilities, our soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment
and mindfulness. Therapeutic in nature, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility, while immersing yourself in a relaxing class that allows ample time to enjoy each
pose. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well

This class will teach beginning Pilates exercises. You will learn how to activate your core muscles, develop better body mechanics and improve your posture. This class is not
recommended if you have osteoporosis because of the emphasis on spinal flexion. All students will need to bring a mat.
Class includes advanced exercises at a challenging pace for those who have practiced Pilates for at least one year. Wake up some new muscles and take your Pilates practice
to a new level.

A powerful mix of cardio and strength in an interval environment. Intervals will alternate between cardio-based exercises and strength-based. The water, along with other
